Thank you for re-asking this question... as of a few months ago, there was not anything planned for WDW... only DL has a celebration.
July 17th is my B-day and it would be great if WDW had some special event as well!!!

Anyone hear anything new????

I believe that for Disney celebration purposes, July 17, 2005 fell on May 5, 2005!

I just checked the WDW media relations website and there is nothing listed for July 17 at any of the parks worldwide.

Disneyland will be handing out cupcakes and mouse ears. There will be some speeches by Eisner, and Arnold. There are also some merchandising events over the weekend. I believe that is about the extent of it.

Do I understand correctly... there is only a celebration (cupcakes and ears) at DL and not at WDW?

I guess we'll have to make our own celebration... Who else is having a b-day at WDW on 7/17? I remember that there were a few of us listed on another thread!!!

We arrive on the 13th but will be there the 17th. I think we should have cupcakes and Mickey Ears. Lets everyone wear Mickey ears that day. Pass the word ans see what happens
