July 12 dvc website maintenance?

Any ideas of the july 12 dvc website maintenance?

Maybe they will fix the borrowing glitch…or maybe drop the 50% borrowing restriction…any other ideas?

It is probably a fix so system will not get WORST.

Oh ... so this current "Down for Maintenance" was a known thing? I seem to have missed all the warnings ... and was in the middle of a transaction when it went down. Betting I lost my reservation .... ugh.

Any idea when it is supposed to return? Do I stay up waiting?

EDITED to add: I now see the notice ... and that the maintenance is expected to end at 4a ET. I guess I'm waiting up ...

EDIT #2: I stayed up. The booking portion of the site returned just a smidge beyond 4a ET. It was *so* worth staying up!!

The 50% borrowing notice is still on the web site if you go to the booking tool.

Never mind...I answered my own question. Yay!

DVC sent an email! Very happy about being able to borrow 100%!

Yup - got my email - this is great news because I was just getting ready to buy a couple small contracts direct for 2042 resorts and now I can hold off and search resale for another year to get what I want - and it no longer has to be a really small contract!!!
