Yes my daughter Katlyn is 16 and she will be on board. I know there are 2 teenage boys ages 14 and 16 named spencer and terrance and also another teenage girl named taylor who is also 16 so they should all have a good time. we are really looking forward to the trip.

Hey Mickie and Mari,
Wish Katlyn good luck she is going to take her driving test next week. In Kentucky they have to be 16 and a 1/2 to take test. Looks like we are getting new people involved in the FE'S how exciting, looks like more teens the kids should have a good time, I'm so glad.

Vina and her son Jon are in the other he is older 36 I think that is it for our group that will be participating.

I'm really starting to get excited about the trip, and have just gotten the fish extenders for our rooms, I told you earlier I love buying little gifts I just hope I can stop. Ha

Count us in. I just booked for July 12th, 4 of us, me (mom 42), DS (7), Grammy (73) and grandpa (74). Our first cruise and we're super excited. Hubby is staying home with the dog!! We'll have 2 rooms and would love to be a part of the FE exchange.

A big warm welcome to Jane and Debbie. I am a grandmother who is taking her granddaughter on this cruise for her 16th birthday. Jane, there will be Taylor who is 16, Katlyn 16, Spencer 14 and Terrence 16 going so the girls should have a great time. As of right now there will be 12 adults and 8 kids in our group (a total of 8 rooms).

Can't hardly wait.

Welcome new sailors!!!

We just returned from Denver Children's Hospital. Spencer had been a surgical patient for years (ear drum problems), but the latest cat scan just showed scar tissue and no problems, so for one more year there won't be anymore surgeries and he can swim....yippee!!!

Lots of families and rooms...McKay is actually 9 instead of 8 (as if it really matters..lol)

Terrence and Spencer both have their you tube videos of singing and guitar solo stuff. If I can get the address, those teen girls on this trip could at least get a glimpse... they won't be tough to find at the terminal..they are both very tall boys..lol

Will our new teen girls be interested in the teen club

Getting on the FE hunt..remember we are prairie people, but since we live in a state most people will never visit, I have to be extra creative.. and I have to contradict Spencer's impression that we moved to a vast wasteland from CA 6 years ago

This will be very fun!!!!

I wasn't sure on the number of rooms I did't know if Jane was participating in FE"S or not didnt say I dont think other than she was going with 2 teenagers so I hadnt counted her yet. Also wasn't sure if Debbie and her son were sharing a room with her parents or were getting there own, so we need to find out I guess. Either way is fine I bought more stuff today I have to stop. Ha Just counting the days and dreaming of castaway cay.

What a group we have turned out to be

Mari: I am so glad all went well for Spencer. As a mother I know how much we worry about our kids so I know it is a relief for you. Sorry about putting McKay (glad I have his name now) as 8 instead of 9. I am sure it is a big deal to him. Can't wait for you to find and give us the number for the u tube of the boys. It will be fun to look at it.

Lisa: I am sending "pixie dust"to Katlyn and wishing her luck on her driving test. Taylor was real nervous for hers but she did well, as I am sure Katlyn will. Debbie for sure wants to participate in the FE but I do not know about Jane yet. Lisa, you must STOP shopping........remember the airlines charge extra for additional baggage

Jane: Did you want to participate in the fish exchange? It will allow Lisa to do some more shopping!!!!

Who is flying in and who is driving in? Taylor and I will fly in the night before and stay at the Hyatt at the airport. Anyone else coming in the night before?

Thanks for the welcomes! Our group has 2 rooms, but since this cruise is somewhat of a last minute surprise for my folks (and since they know nothing of the DIS or having to buy goodies!), only Zane and I will do the FE, so put us down for one room. Just got back from spending the day at DHS for Star Wars Weekends. Zane is a huge star wars fan and was lucky enough to get picked to battle Darth Maul!

Well if you want to get a glimpse of Terrence or Spencer, I weasled the address out of my boys on you tube. You have to search tlake280 then pick his Fall for You video that he sang at his spring concert. That's what he will sing at family karaoke on DCL. He sang the other song Beautiful Soul on DCL last year, but you don't have to view that one since it's a year old.

Spencer is playing a guitar solo on the same collection of videos on the Hey Jude video, but you really have to "wade" through his friend singing the vocal solo to get to it. Too bad he can't bring the electric guitar..he'll be sing ing on DCL as well at family karaoke...DH and I tell them...sing once and you can zip out of there..you've never seen boys move so fast

It might give a glimpse of who these boys are that they will sail with.

I will tell Spencer to get back on the boards, but if you read the post above yours, I was explaining to Mickie how to see both boys on you tube. There you can get a glimpse of both Spencer (14) playing his guitar..if you can weed through his friend singing the vocal solo of Hey Jude and Terrence has his this year's Spring Concert solo Fall For You (that he will sing on DCL family karaoke) as well as last year's (Beautiful Soul) that he sang at last years Spring Concert and sang on the Wonder at last year's cruise (family karaoke) if you are really, really, really bored

I am amazed. I have read over and over in TR's how Palo Brunch ressies are the first to disappear. Since I am late to the party, I expected to have to wait till boarding to try to get one- but when I finally was able to get on and make ressies there were still multiple spots available

Mari.......It looks to me like you got everyone on the FE. I wrote a note on the board here to see if Jane wanted to join but I don't see a reply. Thank you for doing such a great job of keeping us organized. I went on you tube and saw the boys. They are great. I am so looking forward to hearing them on the ship.

Mari it has not reached the 100's this week.....just the high 90's. Just tooooooo hot!! Just heard on the news we had the hottest May on record.

Lisa......Have you stopped your shopping yet????? When does Katlyn take her driving test? Tell her Taylor does not get out of school until June 11th. She probably will not go on the boards until then.

Jane....Have you decided whether or not you wanted to join the exchange? We would love to have you. Just need to know soon so we can include you in our shopping expeditions!!!!(especially Lisa who can't stop ha ha) Are you listening Lisa???????

I though about making dinner ressies for the grammy and grandpa but figured they would rather experience all the dining rooms with me and Zane, so brunch was a good option for the three of us. Now, if our GTY would magically turn into a room assignment.....

Have you ever been on the Disney Cruises? I remember when my daughter and son-in-law took me the first time with them and Taylor. I LOVED being in each of the dining rooms. It was so different than all the other cruises I had been on. I can't wait to enjoy it with Taylor and I. I do know she is a lot older and may want to spend a lot of time with the teens and that is o.k. too.
