I bought the transportation and ticket for Universal for my daughter and SIL. We understood to call at least 24 hours ahead to get the ride there and back. My daughter called this morning and was told they were suppose to get vouchers at the airport. They do not have a car. They are staying at POP. We were now told that Dreams could fax something to POP so that they can use the Mears Shuttle. Help! Connie

Have you tried calling Dreams Unlimited. Although the Podcast cruise is currently happening I am certain that business is still running.
