Julia Child passed away

With all the news on Hurricane Charlie, I just found out that Julia Child passed away

I was always a big fan of hers... she will be missed

I just saw a segment on the news about her. I had no idea that she was 6' 2". She was quite a person, that I enjoyed a lot.

Yes, I was very sad to hear of her passing, too. Sad that she died on friday and that her family and friends had gathered at her home to celebrate her birthday (#92) which would have been today.

But what a life she had!! I would doubt that she had many regrets!
