I don't want to rock the boat, but are you eating enough veggies? If you're not a veggie eater, then please take a mulitvitamin daily, OK? It's OK to lose weight, but you need to stay healthy in the process.

I'll turn off Mom-mode now.

Yes Momma Doe I take a good multi vitamine from GNC. Actually I am not loosing any weight. I have dropped a pant size though. I think I am still taking in to many carbs. I broke down and bought Ketone strips off of ebay. I should be getting them later in the week. Thanks for caring.

), but at least the pants size is dropping. that's definitely an accomplishment :bounce:

lnch - 12 wings, string cheese

snck - zcarb dark choc bar, handful of pecan pieces

dnnr - 1 taco chicken breast, 1c acorn squash

snck - sunflower seeds

Not a bad day. Maybe because I had the day off. :teeth:

Your bear is looking WONDERFUL - he's holding up double digits!!! Way to go!!

Please find a measuring tape and take your measurements. I know the scale isn't moving much for you but you are obviously losing inches and I think if you could measure those inches, you'd find it VERY motivating!

When eating low-carb, it seems like either the scale is moving or you're losing inches. Very rarely do these things happen at the same time. If you get frustrated easily with the scale, then measuring inches lost should help keep you going when that pesky scale gets stubborn.
