Yeah I noticed that might be little time to meet him. So the parade usually gets to Main Street around 3:20 right? If thats the case, is it still risky to go meet Mickey at 2:30? Or should I do it during the Electrical Parade? were not a fan of it. (but is he still taking pics during the parade?)

I would just take a look at the wait times and the crowd already lined up on main street and make a decision on the spot. People start grabbing spots on main street really early before the parade, so if a good view of the parade is important to you I would go ahead a be getting a spot. If the view isn't as important to you and the wait time is short, go hop in line. He does still meet, take pictures during the parades, though so you will be fine.

Your new plan is very much like any plan I would come up with. Hit one or two key rides at open, then spend the rest of the morning in one general area. I like it! The morning sounds relaxing and flexible... you can take as much or little time doing BTM, Splash, etc as you like, cuz all you're doing is cutting into Pirates, Carpets, etc.

You should be able to get some 4th FP+ when you indicate... you'll find things like Small World, Barnstormer, etc... so you'll get some good minor rides in during that 3:30-7:30 in Fantasyland. You'll probably find a 4th and a 5th minor ride.

One note, for all this time in Frontierland / Adventureland, you have not accounted for the Jungle Cruise. I would think a family of your mix would want to hit this for sure! I would consider dropping that FP+ for Buzz and maybe making it a JC for 11-12'ish instead. Buzz you can more likely find as a late 4th or 5th FP+. Also if you can, take that SDMT FP+ for as early in the day as you can get it. The sooner you use it, the sooner you can try for a 4th. Maybe shoot for 2:30 and do it before the parade, then come out and head for a parade spot -- your party can hold your parade spot while you go try the kiosks. Then by the time the parade is done you'll have your 4th FP time will bit e up and you can use on say Buzz. Then shoot for that 5th in Fantasyland, which might be later, which is okay... maybe you'll get a 6 or 7pm for several choices of rides in FL.

Omg thanks for reminding me of Jungle Cruise! I think we might do it on our last day at WDW, we're going to MK for our last afternoon-evening. There's 10pm-12am EMH and we might do JC during the evening, I've heard its a completely different experience!
But were definitely hitting for our 4th and 5th FP+ for the Fantasyland rides
