Great update

I am glad he loves Nemo, bet the ride will be even better for him on your next trip
Love the pics of Mexico and the ride. Can't believe poor Donald has ended up as a pinata!
I think he'll get really excited when we ride Nemo this time - and ANY turtle he sees prompts a "Cha dude!" from him.

Turtle Talk will be a blast!
That strawberry shortcake is wonderful, isn't it??

I am thinking we might give Sunshine Seasons a pass this time - nodnol and I really agreed about wanting to eat outside as much as possible (hoping for brilliant sunshine of course!

) and the atmosphere at Sunshine is not really the greatest.
Even if you did only manage only one WS country it sounds like you still had a lot of fun there! Loved the pics of Henry with the tiny hats! Can it be that he thinks of himself as so much smaller than you that of course he needs a tiny hat as compared to his parents' hat size? I thought that was very sweet that he kept trying them on!
I like the idea of trying to eat outside - gotta soak up that sun! Hopefully the weather will agree with your plans. I don't mind the atmosphere of Sunshine Seasons overall, but it can be very loud and working you way through the maze of tables with a tray - plus your bags (and in our case a toddler too!) can be interesting. Maybe you can just swing through and pick up the strawberry shortcake.
We did have a great time in Mexico! It's a beautiful pavilion. I think just now Henry is starting to grasp the differences in sizes - though he still doesn't quite understand why a big action figure guy can't fit in his matchbox cars...
Have you done a Cruise yet?
If you think WDW is addicting-don't do a cruise it will become your next obsession.
We love the Nemo ride and me and my dh can spend an hour in the aquarium.
I read you thought the gnome was around $18.99,
but what shop is it in.
We haven't done a cruise yet! We are booked for the Podcast Cruise 2.0 in December 2010 though. I really hope we are able to save the necessary money so we can do it! I've seen that cruise special, and watched the planning DVD a dozen times, so nothing is new - but man! it just looks awesome!!!!
I found that Mickey Gnome in the shop in The Land, it's kinda between Sunshine Seasons and the entrance to Soarin'.
Those pictures of Henry laughing in front of the aquariums are priceless. He looks like he is having so much fun! Also love the ones of him in the sombreros- too cute
Thank you! I really like the aquarium ones too-even though they are blurry. You can still see his big grin and how much fun he was having!
Yes, and the pork chops, although now that I've tasted a Kona pork chop, that one is not quite as memorable. Still good, though. We've never not had good chicken there.
You don't want me to start listing injuries. It would frighten you away from ever trying to have another child on the chance that it, too, would be a boy.
Let's just say a lot of doctors know us on a personal basis. When your Christmas to-do list reads
Dec. 24 - ortho doctor for cast removal
at the top, well...
Somewhere among my thousands of pictures, there is one of Trent with a broken wrist cast and a broken foot cast at the same time from two different high school games as the seasons overlapped (one from basketball and one from soccer). I have seen more of the insides of both boys bodies enough to have a minor degree as some kind of physician, I'm quite sure. There are some interesting

things inside there.
Call me here pretty soon when you are on your way to the hospital with Henry to get stitches above his eye because he was jumping off the bed/porch/barn/rooftop.

I will come and sit with you.

Oh, they have kept you on their toes, haven't they????

My brother was very similar when he was a little guy - cut his head open, concussions, poured gas in his eye, almost bit off his tongue by taking a little trike down the slide, etc. etc. etc!
I'm not looking forward to all that...but I know it's just part of being a MOM. Helps build that trust in God that he will take care of us, eh?
Henry looks like he is really enjoying himself at Disney this trip. He seems more involved if that makes sense? It's cute to see!
One WS country!?!

That is crazy but it was a short trip so those things happen!
It does make sense, and I totally agree! Joe and I both said that all throughout the trip. He was very involved and had opinions on what to do! It was really fun to see him interact and get really interested rather than sitting back and taking it all in.
Our time in Epcot was very limited - you'll see why soon.

We never really had plans to not go back to the WS, but it just never happened...
I love little boy belly laughs! He looks like he's having a great time!
Great update!
I agree, one of my favorite sounds is a belly laugh from a little one - they are such a wonderful sound!!
Oh my, Memom. Sounds like Trent kept you busy! I can remember my grandma answering the phone with my Aunt J on the other line. It usually began something like "What did he break/do now", followed by "What! How did he do that". It was always G. It usually involved a bike or a makeshift motorcycle jump or the swimming pool or a skate board. And any of the above in any combination. The one that really sticks in my mind is the day he rode his bike down the hill, over a jump and into the swimming pool.
Brook, Henry is too cute! Looking forward to the rest of your TR.
Oh goodness - there is no avoiding the boy adventures and resulting injuries is there? I need to toughen up!!!
I've been away, but I'm all caught up!

I think!! lol
Awww... I love the pics of H in the aquarium... It brings back a special childhood memory for me- On one trip when I was very little we were in Epcot and my mom told me I could pick the next ride, any one I wanted. I told her "I want to see the fishies that swim in air"

That's adorable!!!!
