We're planning on being at the park for rope drop. Is there any reason we can't ask for a specific time to come back for JTA? We're doing a touring plan and it has us going (best time for our plan) at 12:29 for 12:40pm show. Would we literally have to RUN to get in JTA at 12:40pm?

You can request any time that has openings.

But remember, you must return 30 min before the show time you sign up for

Thank you...since there are three shows ahead of the one we need, is your experience that we could actually get in at 12:40pm. If I can't get in at this time I'll book it for 7:10pm and kick Voyage of The Little Mermaid to the curb...lol!

The shows all run on two levels with two villains - 30 kids each session.

So, if you are within the first 120 kids or so to sign-up, you'll be able to get your first choice show.

Yes, if you go first thing, at rope drop, I'm sure you'll be able to get in the show you want.

Thank you...I'm so excited for our LO, he wanted to do this so bad last time we went but we didn't know how it went and thought you signed up near the stage. We were there at 10:45am, one of the CM's told us about signing up in the building. When we got there it was booked solid so they put us on a waiting list unfortunately we never got to get in. Momma's gonna make sure he gets in this time :yay:

So you know they have moved sign ups. You no longer go to the building you went to last time.
You will go to the store between the Indy stunt show and 50's Prime Time.
If you head at Rope Drop you will have plenty of company and have no problems finding your way.

No I didn't know that...another heart felt thank you :thanks: Will be adding this to my notes.

Hi! Looking forward to getting my kids signed up for JTA this year now that they are both 4 and older! But I have a question... as a super Type A Disney planner, how do you all plan your ADR's and fast passes when you don't know what time your show will be? Is there a strategy I should be using or do you just kind of wing it?

Choose one of the sessions and plan your ADRs and FPs. Then be at the park at least 45 minutes before the scheduled park opening to choose your JTA session. The kids need to report back 30 minutes before their session begins or their spot will be taken by a child on the waitlist:
25-minute shows near Star Tours - The Adventures Continue
9:40, 10:40 & 11:40am, 12:10, 12:40, 1:10, 1:40, 2:40, 3:40, 4:10, 4:40, 5:10, 5:40, 6:40 & 7:10pm
