Just got back today! Stayed at BCV which was awesome since it is a 3min. walk to Epcot. Ate at B&C, Cape may Buffet, Ohanas, Spoodles, CRT lunch, CG and watched Halloween fireworks, Fresh Market, Mama Melrose, Bistro de France, Kona, and Marakesh. All food and service was great! Parks were not busy at all. Longest wait was 20min. which really meant 10min. and if it said 10min. there was no wait. Kind of hot midday but good otherwise. ANY QUESTIONS?

My wife and I experienced the same thing when we were just there. The parks were pretty empty. However, NO ATTRACTION had a listed time under 10 minutes. but we learned that 10 minutes mean no line at all, literally walk-on and that 20 minutes or less was basically a 5 minute or so wait.

Didn't do any EMH nights or mornings because there was plenty of time to get it all done. Plus we were tired after going from 9:00am to 10:00 pm. We park hopped a lot and went to different resorts for different meals so we were on Disney transportation a lot. The monorail and busses and boats were good but I might consider renting a car next time.

We have been getting our own mode of transportation (car, van,etc) our last few trips and I truly can't tell you the amount of time it has saved us. Especially if you have tired little ones, or want to go from resort to resort-which we like to do to take photos!!
