Joy and Sadness wait times

Does anyone know where to find posted wait times for Joy and Sadness throughout the day? I couldn't find them on MDE. I'm trying to determine where to go 1st after our PPO GG ADR, Joy and Sadness or Soarin?

There are no posted wait times. It's about a 30 minute wait first thing in the morning. 60 minutes throughout the day. Then 30 minutes later in the evening.

We just did Joy/Sadness at rope drop (we were the fourth group in line, waited about 10 minutes to see them), then saw Baymax with a short wait, then did a walk on at Soarin' and then a 10:30 a.m. Garden Grill.
