Joy and Sadness during EMH

Has anyone visited Joy and Sadness during PM EMH? According to Kenny they’re open then. I’m wondering if it’s better to catch them then than at RD after hitting TT and Soarin?

The few times that we have visited Joy & Sadness, the line has never been awful. I think the longest we waited was 15 minutes and that was on a very crowded day. They don't seem to be as high in demand as others in the park, so that's always a plus.
