Has anyone ever visited this attraction? it was in my '06 UG, but it didn't say anything about it. What type of attraction is it? I've never seen it pop up on the Dis so I am thinking it isn't that great. We are two adults in our mid twenties. Yes- No - Maybe???? :confused3

I say NO...It was extremely boring and a waste of our 15 minutes IMO...I didn't even do it this time...You walk into this area with a big back drop of trees, snow etc...I think there was a film on the screen and characters up above on a platform----from there you walk into a room that has items from the movie.

OK..wait I found this from some random web site...looks like I was right:

The inside is set up as a snow covered forest with a large movie screen to show clips from the film. There is a small action sequence, where one of the characters from the film comes out on an elevated area of the set and gives some lines. Beyond this area is a very short walk-through with some props, costumes, etc. on display. Serious fans of "Narnia" should consider visiting it others will choose to skip this one as there's not a whole lot here to see.

We were there the first week of September. Narnia is really not a big deal. I was a bit disappointed. You go into a large room that looks like a forest. People sit on the floor or stand toward the back of the room. You see a video of film clips from the movie. The queen appears and speaks from above the set. Then you go into another area where there are artifacts from the movie and some costumes. That's it. I was looking forward to seeing more costumes, but there were very few, I think two or three. The attraction did not impress me much other than it was a cool respite on a hot, humid day!!

Babs

Very disappointing...we stood in the rain and couldn't believe at the end that it was over...there aren't tons of props or anything to see. I would only do it if you have time to kill and the line is short!

Don't waste your time! When we were there in May, we couldn't believe the line to get in. We decided to skip it and try it later in the week, which we did and walked right in. It was a total disappointment, I felt like it was incomplete. :confused3

Ritaz comment about it being incomplete really fits. It was very poorly executed, and we ARE big fans of the movie!

It was VERY hot, so fine, but otherwise just get your picture taken in front of the light pole.

Boy- glad i asked!!!
SO what's up with this, do you think it's a place holder for something better? that doesn't sound very Disney to me.
Loved the movie BTW

Wish I would have read these comments before my trip last weekend. I waited for the attraction to open at TEN am, even though MGM opened at 8am for EMH! I loved seeing the wardrobe. However, walking into the lamp post area was nice at best. The witch comes out on a platform above and does a lip sync of a speil I don't believe was in the movie. Then you are treated to a glorified trailer - ALL WHILE STANDING - and the trees change from snowy to green. Walking out you can see the sled, an outfit of the witch's, her wand, Lucy's outfit and some frozen creatures. We were kind of hurried out. I think that at the very least we could have been treated to more stuff from the film, a behind the scenes film, or even a WDW gift shop of Narnia things!

When we were there in March DH and I sat in line for 40 minutes. When it was over I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOooo disappointed. What a waste of our time. I couldnt believe the small amount of items to look at.

It is a short presentation and if there is a huge crowd you dont get to really
appeciate the costumes. I loved the movie so i was more interested in the costumes. But yes there is not much to see.

I rarely say this about a Disney attraction, but this one was very dissapointing.

I'm with those who say it's okay to skip this one. Save your energy for LMA and the shows.

Isn't it closing soon anyway. It was only scheduled for a limited run if I remember correctly.

I thought the attraction was ok, but I was not expecting much. I had read that it was a quick walk through and did not realize that I was going to have to watch movie clips. I wanted to do it as a quick walk through and then head on to get seats for Fantasmic. We didnt have much time and I was really frustrated to be stuck in that room watching clips from a movie I had already seen and loved.

I would have enjoyed walking through the room and looking at the props if I had not been stuck in the movie.

We loved the movie and thought it was going to be cool..but no. They need to take it away with the Drew Carey show. Anybody else with me on this one?

I wasn't necessarily short on time per say but I was not happy about being stuck in a room watching scenes from the movie that I already know and love. I was very (very) disappointed in this attraction. We made a special trip (at my request) to see it and had to stand in line for half an hour to watch movie clips! crazy.
