arriving feb 5th for an impromptu 4 days. Josh has it 4, 6, 6, 5. TP has it 7, 9, 9, 8. seems like quite a contrast. hoping josh is right.

I think the TP numbers look high. It is heading into Mardi Gras, but should still be lower crowds than the following week with Presidents Day.

For some reason TP has AK as a 8 tomorrow. I think their numbers are a little cooky this week.

I looked at both sites for our last 2 trips. Josh never let me down...and one of those trips was 6 days at the end of May and the other 10 days leading up to Thanksgiving.

I keep forgetting how early Easter is this year. Yes, the entire state of Louisiana is coming next weekend. That is why your numbers are so high.

I don't think it will be as bad this year since Mardi Gras is not over lapping with President's Week

Hmm, I believe Touring Plans on that one I think. So they have 9s for the weekend days before Mardi Gras, that sounds reasonable, because you'll have the Mardi Gras folks overlapping with the weekend folks. Maybe 9 is a bit high but I think a 6 is too low. Maybe somewhere in the middle

Huge dance and cheer groups at WDW first week of Feb.

First week of Feb will still have the large SA tour groups.

I was there at MG a couple of years ago. I was one of the few not wearing LA colors and school shirts. Very crazy.

I visited in February a few years ago (not around President's Day, either) and the crowds were bad. The "off-season" is getting to be pretty "on" these days.

We were there this past Sept. TP's and Josh were both off. Crowds ended up being higher than predicted. I would plan for higher crowds and if they end up being less, consider yourself blessed. Crowds are higher all the time these days.

I agree with TP on this one. If they seem high at least you will be prepared, but with Easter coming early, Mardi Gras is early. That means high crowds to me.

You have a lot going on that 2nd and 3rd weeks in February: Superbowl on the 7th , Mardi Gras on the 9th, presidents day and valentines weekend 12-15; and then princess half marathon weekend 19-21st. Best days in february should be 1-5 and 22-29th. February is also when some folks get fed up with winter and head down for a weekend because they can't wait for spring breaks in march and cant face one more snow day!
