Anyone have a jonas brothers code they aren't going to use? I will be out of town on the 29th when they go onsale to the general public.

this is sooo ridiculous -site is overloaded - can't even get through!!! Don't they plan for this and test the site???

I already joined the fanclub to get the code...I kept trying to get tickets but the site kept crashing. I went to the ticketmaster site at 11:00 and rejoined the fanclub to get tickets. I am pretty annoyed that I joined twice...people who joined today could get tickets but prior fanclub members could not get tickets today. As soon as I can get on the Jonas Brothers website I am going to try to get money back on one of the fanclub memberships. ( I don't know if that will work but I will sure try)

We did the same thing! We joined several days ago and then fought the crashing website to try and get the code . I finally gave up and went direcly to Ticketmaster. Their site worked like a charm. I can't believe I joined that club twice to get these darn tickets. Oh well, DD (13) is positively ecstatic because she'll be near the Jonas Bros.

I AM LIVID!!!! Why did I pay the BIG $$$ and can't get in this site???? These were for my daughter's 18th birthday. Now what???? Oh, you can go on Ticketmaster and REJOIN the club for ANOTHER $34.99 and go straight to the sales!! Oh my gosh.... I haven't been this angry in a LONG time. I am seriously tempted to rejoin at ticketmaster just to get the tickets. But, how do I get the 2nd fan club fee refunded? This stinks!!

I am going to start fighting the duplicate membership when the fan club site is up and running...if anybody else is doing this please let me know how it is going....it's only reasonable that they refund the charge for the first membership (reasonable to me atleast).

Well, I caved and joined that club TWICE just to get the tickets. I will be addressing this with them, however. Just to add insult to injury, the seats I was able to get STINK! However, we have them. I do plan on being at the presale VERY early Saturday morning hoping to get better seats. If I do, then I'll just sell the ones I got today. This is extremely disappointing. What a terrible way to conduct presales.

Not to add fuel to the fire here but I noticed when I joined on the website earlier this week that this club has an automatic renewal at the end of the year unless you tell them not to. In other words, our charge cards will be hit for another membership fee automatically in a year if we don't stop it ahead of time. Now that I have 2 memberships to this club I'm a little concerned. Hopefully we can all get some satisfaction from them on this double purchase if they ever get their website back up and running. Gosh, the crazy things we do for our kids!

Great...one more thing to worry about. I just don't understand who thought this process was such a great idea. I have always received my presale codes PRIOR to the presale. Ticketmaster is so easy to use with the presale and can handle so many hits there is no problem. Plus, to put SO many concerts on presale on ONE day is a bit ridiculous, too. I'll be interested in hearing what the feedback is on all those JB sites my older daughter belongs to.

Add me to the list that rejoined again - what a load of bull!!! As the previous poster said, the tix aren't even that great. I also will try again Saturday, since I only got three - will definitely be able to unload them somewhere.

Please understand that there are tens of thousands of Jonas Brothers fans around the US and Canada, and all are simultaneously trying to get codes for tickets through the presale at the same time. Please remember that Team Jonas is a fan club, not a ticket club, and tickets are not guaranteed. We do our best to get access to as many tickets as possible for presales, for fans.



You have the option to go to Ticketmaster (http://www. ticketmaster. com/artist/1052712) directly for your tickets if you are unable to get through to claim your code on www. jonasbrothersfanclub. com.
You will have to purchase a bundle membership. If you are already are a member, were not issued a code from the club yet, and decide to buy your tickets through Ticketmaster, please contact Customer Service through the fan club site add customer service email address (preferably after 3pm EST today) and we will issue you a refund for one of your memberships this week.



The site is working slower as a result of all the fans trying to get through. In addition, the site has been maliciously attacked by presale code-seeking programs deployed by ticket brokers trying to gain access to codes on the site. This slows down site performance as well.



We are working hard to accommodate all the requests and get the codes out as fast as possible to all the actual fan club members requesting them.

I am totally with the rest of you. I checked through the ticketmaster site and could have gotten 13th row center but would have had to buy the membership again because the site wouldn't give me the stupid code and kept crashing. I said the same thing about having so many codes all at once. How ignorant are the people in the Jonas Brothers organization?? I finally go a code about 45 minutes ago and the seats are ridiculous now. I should have just bought the stupid membership again, but I already felt like I was wasting $35 the first time let alone a second time. UUUUUUUUGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just want to scream since now they are saying they will refund the money.

At least they realize there is a problem. I guess I'll just be happy getting the $34.99 I had to spend today to get access to Ticketmaster. I feel like if the process had worked correctly, those of us that had joined the fan club prior to the presale might have gotten better tickets. Oh well, at least I have the tickets. Perhaps on Saturday I'll get better seats and just sell the ones I got today. I checked ebay just for kicks and of course, there are already seats for sell. Four tickets in the lower level (no row stated) were at $800! Wow!
