this interview is weird. I think they're showing it out of order. not that it changes the content, because I don't think it does ... but it's weird.

and now they're in the car in a pre-interview and it's almost like she's a different person.

First off, LOVE that you all can talk about it as adults, thank you for that! Its nice to hear different sides and views, kudos to you all!

I saw the Rabi on Headline News last night. The first thing out of his mouth is that Jon is wrong for dating Hailey while he's still legally married and especially said it was too soon after the divorce announcement. The rest was the crazy quote from Jon with lots of big words I could never see Jon (or another "normal" dad) use in conversation.

Ok, this just got more bizarre. Jon is apologizing to Hailey?

Dang -- I thought it would finally be over.

Again, another statement that doesn't really sound like Jon. Is the Rabi his new PR guy or is Jon spending some money since he doesn't have an attorney (or did he find one again - I thought he was without again....) on the PR people??? Something's up with the new statements all of a sudden in a couple of days.

I also wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween!!! Hopefully you all have a good time and stay safe!!

As much as I hate to say this, I'd love to see a show about how someone really gets 8 kids ready and actually takes them somewhere to trick or treat (and the kids would be super cute in their costumes!!). I have a heck of a time with two getting ready to head out - I couldn't imagine getting 8 around. I'd probably be enlisting the help of anyone and everyone I could to make my life easier for the night and make sure everyone stays safe being out in the dark (assuming they all go out somewhere and trick or treat). Please don't hate me - I'd love to learn some tips and tricks to make things easier....

I didn't catch the show until about 15 minutes in ...they were already talking to Donald Trump. I have no doubt it was funny, but it couldn't have been as funny as the Real Housewives of NJ bit they did. THAT was hysterical.

PS. Unfortunately, having people dress up as them on national TV will only feed their egos.

I can't help it, I had a hard time feeling sorry for her. She didn't seem geniune to me, I didn't really buy the tears. Saying everywhere she goes people point and stare at her? If she isn't with Jon I doubt most people would reconize her (all of us on this thread excluded! ) especially in New York. I also have a hard time believing Jon is mean to her. I can see him blowing off steam, but not directed at Hailey, just venting. I know she's only 22, but the whole thing came across as phoney to me.

Exactly what I thought! I guess she wanted her payout.

Out of all the things Kate has said or not said about Jon, she has never hinted that he's abusive.

Yes, could be interesting as Kathy had gone on record as being totally on Kate's side.

For me it would be if he would stop sending out press releases and just shut up and show us by his actions.

I would be impressed with: Cutting all ties with Mark Heller and Michael Lohan. No further statements to the press, ET, The Insider, fence interviews or paps on the property. NO COMMENT 24/7. Jon buys a house closer to the kids and gets the dogs back.

Just jumping in to say that interview with Hailey on INSIDER was so disturbing. She needs to so move on from Jon and his drama. BUT I bet she won't...she is sucked in and will undoubtedly stay sucked in.

I never thought either party as a villain. I think Kate catches too much grief and the inappropriate label of "abusive". I think she is mean at times and feel that much of her behavior was due to some issues with Jon, so I understood why she was that way.

It doesn't make her behavior "appropriate" by any stretch--but understandable.

I always felt that painting Jon as the poor hapless abused victim was only a measure against Kate without truly understanding anything about Jon's personality (and why the "armchair diagnosis" bugs the crap out of me.)


I stand by my theory--that Jon was immature in Kate's world and has stepped into the flip side where he is the more mature partner (theoretically speaking) and is getting a taste of how he was with Kate. Though--an immature female will be much different from an immature male. But I am sure his frustrations with what's her name--are very on par with the frustrations Kate had with him.

It doesn't paint Kate in a better light--but deep down, I'm feeling pretty good about my observations that I have had to date.

B/c though I haven't proven them all--it really seems as though Jon has my back and keeps doing things that now coincide with what my observations have been and continue to be.

Is Kate the hero in all of this? Not by a long shot. She made many mistakes. However--she continues to not be a villain in my observations.

On a "what happened note"--

I'd have to review court docs again to see when seasons end and begin...

But the wedding vows were at the end of one season, weren't they? The new house was the new season.

I would think somewhere in there that Jon's resentful ways about being tied to the show probably popped through more.

I mean--I don't think he was a whipping boy/victim. Abuse victims don't have the manpower to say "Pull that stick out of..." or whatever he said to Kate on that one day when he got sick of her being controlling.

So there is more than we have seen of Jon Gosselin--I have no doubt about that. Was that what caused KAte to file? I don't know--but she said a lot of things about doing what was best and about protecting her family.....maybe Hailey hasn't been the only one on the receiving end of mantrums.

Glad you are back

I agree. Without seeing it all, we have no idea what went on (did any of us ever guess that he even smoked. He said it was nothing new??) when the camera's weren't rolling. While I would like to see them both shut up, I do think Jon has put himself out there in a much different light than we were led to believe he was like. I really agree with you about the stick. Not that I don't think Kate needed to be shut up, but you wouldn't think a well controlled man would say that to his controller.

I thought it was him who said he always did, but it wasn't taped, in answer to one of the paps asking him if he just took that up. I don't think it was Kate. It's wayyyy to far back for me to look.

Maybe that's why we hardly ever saw her kissing him.

I can't stand smoking and I believe most of my boyfriend's were non-smokers and the one or two that I considered that did smoke...umm, didn't last very long.

As persnickety as Kate is, I just don't see Kate marrying a smoker.

But you never know.

As Hailey Glassman takes to the airwaves to tell her side of the ridiculous mess that has become Jon and Kate Gosselin’s lives, the former nanny and lover of Jon revealed another bombshell – that she is afraid of Jon having suicidal thoughts or tendencies if he and Hailey break up! Stephanie Santoro spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com about her relationship with the father of eight and said she is afraid of what he might do to himself if he and the woman he has called the love of his life break up.


“He said he was going to kill himself,” Stephanie told RadarOnline.com. After Jon and Hailey broke up Stephanie said that he called her and revealed his dark and disturbing thoughts to her. He said “He was going to end it all the he couldn’t handle it anymore.”


Hailey was tearful on The Insider as she said she believes Jon emotionally abuses her and she feels she has put “her entire life on hold” for Jon, and that she feels she can no longer deal with the constant whispering, pointing fingers and accusations of being a home wrecker from the public.


Jon professed his love of Hailey to Stephanie Santoro, who told RadarOnline.com that the depressed father told her “All he wanted to do was be with Hailey,” but that the pressure of his life was getting to be too much for him. “He couldn’t handle it anymore, this was all too much for him,” Stephanie said about Jon.


Stephanie said that she would hope that Jon is not at the same point of despair now, but that it is a fear of hers. Maybe Sunday’s meeting with Rabbie Schmuley will help Jon change his ways. Of course, maybe doing that in private would be better.

Her mother said all this over a month ago and Jon is still around! Can't they come up with any new material? When did Jon and Hailey break up?
