The Gosselin kids are craving attention. Its pretty sad they are estranged from all family (until recently-Jon's mother) and consider the film crew there friends. How come no neighbors or school kids come to visit. Mommy and Daddy out giving interviews trying to outbash each other.

Yes, lets keep these kids on TV. Maybe they can be interviewed and see how they feel about the divorce, or Steve or Hailey??

I hope nobody touches their trust fund, as the counseling bill for these kids is going to be astronomical!

I think in the end . John will be broke and have problems and Kate will be rich and lonely.... Even though I do think Kate was mean to John...

Wow. Who is that woman? Seems very harsh for a "babysitter." I wouldn't be too happy if I were Kate or Jon and I saw that picture. Of course if I were them I wouldn't be leaving the kids to go out of town without at least one parent at home. They were BOTH out of state on Sunday?

Yeah, what happened to "they will always have one parent at home with them? - never have a nanny?" Please. Not only are they home with 2 different nanny's today... (shift work? sort of like an orphanage..)but the REASON they are home with nannys is because it is Kate's turn to be home with them, but Kate had to go to NY so that she could go on national TV for no other reason than to bash their father and whine to the world that he took money out of their JOINT acct. I dunno, but I just didn't find that really pressing news that would effect my day. She could have called the lawyers from home...and stayed home with the kids - and I would actually be thinking a little more of her than I am now. jey

I don't think they are bashing the children...they are bashing the parenting skills of J & K. It is pretty obvious that counseling will be a good thing for these kids at some point. Honestly, look at what they are being set up to face in a few years from kids at school. Do they really think that sending the kids to a private school is sheltering them from this circus they are performing in the media???? Cara and Maddy have GOT to be going through hell at school right now.

I wonder if TLC pays at least the electricity. If not, they are getting the short end because I'm sure studio lighting takes a lot more juice than regular lighting.

I'm thinking it is a tax write off at the end of the year for them.

My guess is J & K pay the bills for the house every month.

I confess, I gasped a bit, me acting like that to MY child is one thing, I'm not sure I would want the babysitter (non nanny ) putting her hands on my kid would definately cause me pause.

That's what I thought too. A not-a-nanny yelling/grabbing a kid crosses the line. So does a parent IMO, but to each their own parenting their own children.

What gets me is Kate in tears saying she's up at night worried about paying her bills. How many other mothers are doing the same thing? How many other mothers have lost their jobs, having trouble paying bills and they live well within their means? Someone needs to give Kate a reality check and tell her to grow up and be a mom.

I have to agree their future therapy bill will make the 200k look like a walk in the park.

Thats funny because I would never grab my child like that but I figured people would call me "the perfect parent" blah blah blah junk

What bashing? That statement certainly isn't taking pot shots at those kids. No line crossed, IMO. They most certainly WILL need counseling if their parents don't find a better way to communicate!!

I'm watching the Today show online right now and I think this is what Kate said about money. A few days before Kate filed for divorce, Jon took a good chunk but did not drain their bank account. Because of this and his erratic spending, she took out $100,000 for just in case purposes. Kate decided to split that with Jon 50/50. Then they had a arbitrator and the arbitrator told her to put it back and she did.

He's on ET right now and seems pretty mad! I hate this guy. I don't like kate either but I'm on her side if I had to pick one. But they both need to grow up and do what's right for the kids and get out of the limelight.
