Well, Ed Hardy dropped his picture from their website. Looks like that deal is done with. I wouldn't blame him for being a bit bitter about the loss of freebies from them, but he messed that one up on his own.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ED HARDY DEAL???

I lurk on this thread, but here's my first comment:

I never heard of Ed Hardy before either. Then I was at the mall with my sis a couple of weeks ago and there was Ed Hardy stuff. Ugly IMO and way overpriced, but whatever.

Ohhh...ED HARDY is huge...HUGE here in CA anyway. If you watched Celebrity Apprentice last season you would have seen Dennis Rodman wearing all ED HARDY clothing...hats, t-shirts...etc. I think that might have been when allot of the USA first noticed Ed Hardy...although the line has been around for 5 years.

I live in CA everyone wears Ed Hardy clothing...and YES, it is very pricey. I do not own any Ed Hardy at all...but he does have some nice pieces.

Ed Hardy clothing is by a French designer named Chrisitian Audigier. The line is based on the tattoo artist named Don Ed Hardy. Christian also designs for Affliction, another biggie here in SoCal. AND Christian started with the Von Dutch line of clothing of which Ashton Kutcher wears most of the time. Another little bit of trivia...the Mansion Michael Jackson was renting and ultimately died in is owned by Christian. They are very good friends. Right now, Christian is doing the Mansion over and will be the new headquarters for the Ed Hardy.

I only watched 1 episode of celebrity apprentice and have never been to CA, so I had no idea. Thanks for sharing the additional information. When I heard about Jon and the Ed Hardy deal, I was confused that the designer didn't have the same name as the line. I guess I need to get out of my little bubble here

You have got to be kidding me. Wow, he really is something else isn't he. Let's see....Cara & Mady google him (he said that worries him) and see that barely a month after their mother filed for divorce, their Dad was dating not 1 but 2 women at the same time. Ugh, I'm at a loss here. What's a good word for a man who's dating various women? I'm guessing that Hailey and Kate2 were mighty surprised to learn about each other! How on earth does this man have the time to cultivate 2 relationships?? What about his relationship with his kids?

This is the case with most people I know especially women. They don't give up the ring until the papers are signed, sometimes longer. I would feel naked without my ring.

OfT--Just went to grocery. All the Graeter's talk early caused me to realize I hadn't been all summer. I usually try to go several times so I can get the Strawberry Chip while is lasts. So, Strawberry Chip was my lunch. I wondered through Whole Foods eating ice cream. I was the best, kids home with DH truly a guilty pleasure!!

I've seen it here. I think some people have tattoos, some people wear them on their clothes (that would be me ) Then again, some people have so many tattoos that they run out of space on their skin, so they wear them on their clothes

Nah-- that's Kate that doesn't have any friends or family that she's close to.

I just don't trust any tabloid story that doesn't use somebody's actual name and can't survive a few days without that person issuing a denial.

I'd plan on spending at least an hour at the Gap. One thing I forgot is that there are no returns. Period. Make sure you're happy with what you've chosen before you check out.

Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky is a great area. Be sure and try some of the local chili (Skyline, Gold Star, etc) and have some Graeter's ice cream!

I like Gold Star way better than Skyline!

I miss Cincinnati food!
