I don't think there is a dedicated Jollywood Nights thread so posting this here. Looking for ideas and pics of attire for Jollywood Nights. I get that it is supposed to be a bit more "fancy" but you obviously don't have to dress up. We are going this year for the first time and planning my outfits is a top priority for me. 😂

I saw so many pictures last year of great outfits ~ from highly themed to very fancy to fairly basic. I am considering going this year and not sure if I want to do complicated or simple theme. I wish I knew what MOST people did as I wouldn't want to be out of place.

Omg I love the “sisters” from white Christmas! 👏

If it's warm I'll probably have a dress on, but I always have a dress on. And it won't be Christmas themed though. 😂
My husband will probably have a Christmas themed t-shirt and I have a headband that looks like Christmas ornaments, but that's probably all we will do.
If it's cooler I have jeans and maybe a sparkly top to fancy it up. If it's really cold I have a great Love Your Melon hat with Minnie poms on it! I wear that at home too.

Same at Christmas party, but we also have light up Christmas light necklaces to wear!

The outfits are really nice, but I also see folks in shorts and t-shirts looking very comfortable.

We went last year. I would say “most people” were in normal park attire. There were enough people dressed up that you wouldn’t feel out of place. But they were not in the majority. You can see most people in the background of the photos you posted that are not dressed up.

Good to hear. Last year I had planned to go (but luckily stopped myself) and had bought those tuxedo tee shirts, one red and one green. Figured that be comfy and festive. But then I started seeing mostly folks who really dressed up so was wondering if perhaps we would be underdressed. We always do something extra for the parties, costume but cool.

Last year I had a themed outfit planned, but it was too cold to wear it. I had to change my plan from a skirt to warm leggings.

Good point. I have been in December when it was T-shirt weather, and been when we needed gloves!

We went last year and one of my favorite things was seeing all the people dressed up. We just wore holiday t shirts. Didn’t feel underdressed (as others have posted, a majority of people there were not dressed up). However, I would totally dress up if we went again bc it looked so fun!

We went on the first night last year, so had no clue what to expect as far as what people were wearing. No way I was doing a theme park all dressed up - plus it was still fairly warm as we went in November.
So we compromised somewhere in the middle with Christmas "tuxedo" t-shirts. LOL
The reality is some will dress up, some will be like us, some will just wear normal stuff and it's all good.
Do what you want and have fun!

I went around December 5th or so last year (can't remember exact night) but it was COLD. I had planned for the cold and was wearing layers and hat and gloves and a coat and was still cold. I even left around 11:30pm I was just too cold. keep that in mind cause that cute outfit might be under a coat all night so accessories like a sparkly scarf, a big christmas pin on your coat, a neat hat - etc. I had a wonderful time though and am hoping to go back again this year.

This is good advice. Although I'm going the first night and fully expecting it to still be HOT. :)
