I have met and interacted with many Disney Cast Members - most of whom were outstanding. But Jolene has been the most caring, engaged, and helpful individual ever.
Jolene works in the Guest Services call center within the Reservations department, and she demonstrated every desirable characteristic an organization could want in an employee. From the moment I began speaking with her she was helpful. Her charming and kind personality made me smile, and her southern dialect indicated her hospitable nature was genuine.
Jolene raised the bar not just for her peers, but for her management staff as well. One word: PROMOTION!!!!!!
