My kids LOVE JoJo. Is there anyplace beside H&V to see her? Is she still one of the characters at Playhouse Disney??

no, Jojo's Circus is no longer a part of Playhouse Disney Live.

she and goliath do meet & greets by the PHDL building though. but they also trade off with Handy Manny.

We only saw Jojo and Goliath at H&V, we saw Handy Manny outside in the character area near Playhouse Disney Live.

My daughter's a big fan too!

JOJO and Goliath were both outside PHDL when we were there in August. They did not have a photopass photographer with them though. They were there with one of the little einstein charaters, who subsequently switched off with Handy Mandy.

Jo Jo and Goliath meet in Animation Courtyard (right next to Playhouse Disney). They switch with Handy Manny, so they are not out all day.

Also, they usually do have PhotoPass with them. Not always, as sometimes there are camera issues.
