Joining the shareholders club

Hi, had my confirmation for 2000 shares and posted the club membership form last Thursday. I am going to DLP on 21 October and thought I may not have my membership card in time. I rang shareholder number and the girl said I could email my forms and get a temporary membership card, I have read that others have done this but wanted to know if your email was acknowledged or how long you waited before they contacted you. I would just like to know if they have received my details.

In my experience the shareholders club are very good and you'll probably receive your temporary card.
You could always send them a reminder if you think it will be cutting it fine

There is a thread on the technical board regarding search function. Unfortunately given the high traffic on the DIS this facility cannot cope

I joined recently and they sent me a letter that I could use temporarily until I get my regular card. They sent my letter very quickly ... and that was to the USA!

I sent my letter over a month ago now and they still haven't even taken the money out of my account. Maybe my letter never made it over there. Might give them a call as everyone else seems to have got their temporary cards much more quickly. Good luck, hopefully it'll b arriving very shortly

I got my temporary membership card and used my number to book a stay at Christmas. However my temp number was sent to me way back in August and i still haven't had my real card and the money still hasn't been taken from my credit card account to pay for membership.

Unfortunately not, only at Disney Stores in the UK.

Enjoy Disney on Ice, we're going to see it the week after we get back from DLRP, I will need a fix after being back a week!!
