Joining Reservations Question

I currently have a stay planned at the Boardwalk for New Years but unfortunately called to late and didn't get the room I wanted for one of the nights. I currently have a 2 BR, Boardwalk view for the first night and then a 1 BR, Boardwalk view for the second night and then switching back to a 2 BR, Boardwalk view for a couple more nights. I've been on the waitlist since January but no luck, so my question is, if I happen to find a 2 BR, Boardwalk view (cash or through another member) for the night I'm missing, will I be able to tie the other 2 BR stays together and not have to check out and keep the same room for all 5 nights or will I have to switch rooms because it's a different reservation, keeping in mind that if I rent points from another member it may be in their name or not even sure how that works? Thanks.

If someone has one night (the night you need) in a Boardwalk view two bedroom, they could put your name on it and you should be able to link the three reservations. You can't get a BW View room for cash at BWV. Only at BWI.

You won't be renting points from another member. You'll be renting their reservation.
