Joining FE group after cut-off date

I honestly don't think its fair to those who found the DIS and signed up early, long before the cut off date, to add latecomers after the official cut-off. This is not me attempting to be mean or snarkey, its simply not possible for many of the creative people on this site to "whip up a few more" of the items that they have budgeted for, planned, and purchased...........at the last second.
If there are enough people who want to participate, then by all means, make a second group.

On our cruise this past fall, we had a cut off date for joining the FE group. After the cutoff date, there were a handful of late comers that wanted to participate, and a lot but not all from the original group that were able to gift to the newcomers. SOooooo, we started a group B FE list. It turned out fabulously!
