joining blockbuster thru mypoints?

I am interested in joining the blockbuster by mail thing for $14.99 per month. I know I've gotten mypoints email on this but when I go to the mypoints site, Blockbuster isn't listed as a merchant under "earn points". Netflix is listed but I want to do the Blockbuster one due to the 2 coupons per month which my son can use for games.

Anyway, does anybody know if you can join thru my points?

I do lots of these type of things(although mypoints is my favorite) so perhaps it was from another company.......If so, which company gives you the best deal to joing thru them?

I received an e-mail from my points a few weeks ago. You could get 1,000 points for doing it and I think the 1st month was $9.99, of course I waited to late and the offer has expired. I got the e-mail on 3/3 and it expired 3/14. Maybe they will offer it again in a few monthes.

Well, I emailed mypoints to ask about the offer, we'll see what they say.

Has anybody joined blockbuster? I wondered how soon you get the 2 free rentals coupons? Do you receive them immediately upon joining? We're going to rent a game tomorrow so I thought it'd be really cool if they came right away(I heard they come by email so I figured it was possible)

It`s under books/media. You may have to refresh the page a few times to get it to show up.


You get the coupons pretty quickly,i can`t remember if it was right away or not though.

Found it! Thanks! I did have to refresh a few times.....wonder why they're not listed as a merchant? Oh well, still haven't heard back from mypoints but momto4obkids saved the day!

I joined on the 4th when I got the email. I got the coupons in my email within a few days. I am surprised how many movies we have watched this month!! The nice thing about the coupons is you can use them to rent games in the store!
