We went to Hacklebarney State Park today hoping that the leave started to change. They haven't really started yet, but it was still a beautiful day.

It looks so nice! DBF is spending the weekend in one of our national forests with his BIL's parents (as well as the BIL and his sister and nephew) and he called today to tell me they were picnicing (how DO you spell that word?) by a waterfall for lunch and they'd been out hiking, etc. all day....*sigh* I'd much rather be out there than here studying! My first "real" grad school test Monday! Beautiful pictures and I'm glad you were able to enjoy the day, despite the leaves not changing yet!

I love hacklebarny, did you do any walking around in chester? They have some cute shops. Take a ride up to Vernon and hike up there. It's beautiful now. The leaves they are a changing.
