I'm not sure about my exacct numer count :confused3

, but I noticed that you have taken most of your trips in January. I have a Grand Gathering :grouphug:

planned for Jan 5 to Jan 12. I am so nervous about the weather, crowds, etc, b/c I feel 100% responsibility for this trip. Can you give me some info on your past experiences? I would really appreciate it!!! :earboy2:

Hi Erin - yes we always take our trip to Disney in January. So far, the weather has been a little bit up and down - so I will give you an average of what we experience -
mornings and evenings are cool/brisk around 50 degrees
afternoons - warm up nicely anywhere from 75-85 degrees
It has never rained when we go - but anything is possible.
We are from Philadelphia so 50 degrees in Florida we wear shorts all day and night, since we are coming from 10-30 degrees (50 degrees is like summer LOL) We also go to www.weather.com to check out the forecast a few days prior so we know what to kind of expect.
The crowds are non-existant. In our time there, I have SO many pictures of just the DH, me and our DD12 on Main St at 8am and not a soul walking around with us LOL!! We used to do the Ice Cream Social at Epcot's Garden Grill and I have pix and video of it being my family and one other family during the entire time LOL They placed us far apart and I have a pix of Chip, Dale,and Mickey all sitting at our table coloring on the paper placemats with our DD for 10 minutes - and they were writing to her on the mat when she couldn't understand what they were gesturing to LOL - they played a lot of tic-tac-toe that day :rotfl2:

..and tomorrow you can do the Double digit Dance!! We are 90 days away from our trip. We can't wait - something to think about as the nights draw in. (And something to cheer us up cos DH has pranged the car today!) :headache:

We are from PA as well, so anything above freezing will be warm for us! The lack of crowds will more than make up for the cooler weather :teeth:

Where are you staying this Jan? We will be staying at CBR, a first for all of us. Can't wait!! :Pinkbounc

We are staying at the AKL - we've been staying here for the last few years. Our DD12 just loves it!! She has a picture of a plate-full of Zebra Domes (a dessert at Boma) and right now it's framed and sitting on her night table. :rotfl:

I can let myself really get excited now. I plan all year a little at a time, but now I plan from morning to night. I will be driving everyone in my DHH crazy with questions and changes daily.
