I go every December, I look forward to it all year. And now everyone is making ressies but me.:sad2: We are doing DCL in September so we are skipping our December trip. Anyone else not going and wish they were.

I'll join you........we frequently go in December, and went this past December and the one before. We won't be going in 2008...for good reason, we're doing an ABD in May, but that will be long forgotten by then and I'm sure I'll be sad.

I feel your pain. I just survived a no-December-visit year. We had to go in Nov. this year because of one family member's work schedule. I am still hurting because I missed CP and the special ending to Illuminations. My only consolation has been making reservations this week for Dec. 2008.
Enjoy your cruise!

We also go ever December and love Mickey's Christmas Parade. :santa: :cool1: But we decided to try October and try Mickey's Halloween parade. :)

I know we are still going to be sad in Dec. :sad1:

Yes!!!! We have gone in Dec the last two years but we are doing the DCL in Feb 2009 so we are skipping:scared1: We take our family vacation to WDW in Feb and then a shorter Holiday trip in Dec. But we will skip both in Dec 2008 and Feb 2009 for the cruise. I am excited about the cruise but will be sad to miss our usual trips. I am resigned to the fact that we will just have to try a different time of the year in 2009.

I will join in on the sadness.....

This will be the first time since 1992 that we are not going in December.

Over the years we have seen the crowds grow and grow and we decided to go in Jan instead. This will be a very different Christmas for us for sure!

We have gone the last two years during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season and will not be this year due to vacation/cruising in October.

I am also very sad to not see my beloved Lodge decorated for the holidays :sad1:

I'm joining you as well. We always go in December but for this trip we decided on the end of October to try Food and Wine and Halloween. We've never been to either but I know we're going to miss our week in December especially:

Lights of winter at Epcot
Osborne Lights
MVMCP and of course
the special holiday illuminations

I'm afraid I may have to join in. I still have my ticker, but I doubt we will be going after all.:sad2: It was going to be our first Dec. trip, and I was SOOO looking forward to it, but it looks like it's not meant to be.

I will join this whine fest as well. We "could" go in Decemebr 2008... but then we would be perpetually borrowing... so we aren't. I think.

I'm sorry, but I just can't get the tears going for someone that is spending time on DCL. ;)

Hopefully you have good weather during hurricane season, it will be different magic than WDW, but Castaway Cay is an amazing substitute (was there last week!) even if the weather isn't great.

Yes, we had to miss December this past year because we had Thanksgiving ressies instead. Now this year we aren't planning a December trip either, so I'll cry too!

I'll let you cry if I can cry because DH has absolutely no interest in a cruise and I'm dying to do one!

We typically go from Nov 24th to Dec 2 or 3rd and there will be no such trip in 08:sad2:

Still trying to convince my wife to make the trip and borrow points we dont have to borrow:confused3

I feel so lost:sad:

You will love going in December, I hope you get to go soon.

I am hoping the weather holds out we get 2 stops at CC.

I feel lost too!

We are going to BCV for the first time in Dec from the 28th to Jan 2nd. I have always wanted to see the Christmas decorations.

We have gone on the Disney Cruise twice and had such a great time. You will have such much fun and the kids will love it.
