I am having(still) a bad eat and drink week. I agree if you work hard and loss (17 pounds) in 3 1/2 months, a bad week is ok. We (DW) and I had a great race weekend. Walked 5K in 41:46(13:29 pace) on Sat and 15K in 2:07:35(13:38 pace). The weight loss really help in getting my speed back. That helped burn some of those chicken wings we have been eating at ESPN and All Star Sports. Have to have a taste comparison test.
