And I think he's publicity shy to an extent, too, but I was surprised to see him show up at that Disney convention last year or whenever it was as Jack Sparrow. Perhaps he does stuff for Disney in exchange for Fastpasses.

Stitchfans, did she say if he was to be in a float or was she just kidding around. I was considering heading over to see the taping tomorrow but I'm not interested in most of the stars listed this year.

She wasn't kidding. But that doesn't mean she wasn't misled. Either way I envy her for even being there. March can't get here fast enough for me for when we get to go.

Got this from DeppImpact. Those girls are serious about their Johnny. IchabodsGal there emailed the parade producers and got these responses:

"This is the email we sent the producers of the parade:

My email: We are interested in being present for the filming of the Christmas parade at Disney this coming weekend. What dates are they filming and I want to know if Johnny Depp will be present for any of the filming dates? If we can be added to the casting as extras/audience members for any of the dates, we would be thrilled. We are also interested in any other local upcoming projects that we could be a part of.

Their Response: The Parade is scheduled to be filmed on Dec 1&2.This year there are no special tickets. If you are an annual pass holder you can get into the park. You can also purchase a ticket to get into the park and participate as little or as much as you like.

Me: Thank you. Can you tell me if Johnny Depp will be there on any of the dates? I had read that his part was already filmed. Is that true?

Their Response: True, we already filmed Johnny about a month ago in Disneyland, CA.
