It could be. If you are making it, perhaps you can make the sleeves look like it's an undershirt instead of heaving two real layers. So blue vest with white sleeves?

Wow, I've never seen him out for autographs. We've only seen him in Fantasmic.

I never knew he was a meetable character either, until I ran into him! Last April, I was checking the mid-day character rotation by the Big Hat, and there he was! I checked every day on my seven day trip, and he was there on two different days. I never seen him before that trip, or since.

I was very happy when I found him, as finding an unusual character can just make my whole trip perfect!!!

I had to laugh when I read this because my ex-husband's name is John Smith...lol! I could post a picture of him but I don't think it would be the same thing. One year we did dress as Pocohantas and John Smith for Halloween. He didn't find it near as funny as me and everyone else.
