I'm really looking forward to following along with you! First, Kevin, you're an amazing trip reporter and I feel like I'm there with you on whatever adventure you're enjoying. And second, I know that we are a LONG way off from any trips to Europe, so it's fun for me to "see" it thru your eyes, especially since they mean so much to you like they would to me. And finally, my dh works a lot leading up to Christmas (he manages a grocery store), I'm currenty unemployed and home with our toddler by myself all day, and we aren't having any family come visit until after Christmas, so I get a little lonely. It will be nice to have any updates you're able to share to look forward to! Enjoy your trip and starting some new holiday traditions!

Less than 24 hours and we seem to be ready...

Clothes packed - check
Passports packed - check
Euros packed - check
Meds packed - check
Travel clothes laid out - check
Dogs ready to be dog sitted- check
Ipads / iPhones updated and loaded - check

We seem to be ready to to roll.

Two Florida boys (who think 60 is a bit chilly) are headed to Italy where the highs are reported to be in the 40s and the lows in the 20s.

If you see photos of two Americans wearing every piece of clothing they packed.......that will be us!
