Jogging Trail/Path - CSR to ASR

I am training for the WDW Marathon in 2008 but will be headed to WDW for a trip in 3 weeks. I was looking to do some running during this trip to stay in shape. I'm staying at All Star Resorts and I have read that there is a trail from ASR to Corando Springs Resort.

Is anyone familar with this trail/path? How far is it? Can you obtain a map of the trail at the front desk of ASR? Is there any info or a map of this trail online?

It's just a sidewalk that is on the opposite side of the street from CSR. It goes past BB to AS.
