We are going to WDW in sept for seven days staying at ASMo. I have a dd=3 and DS=6.
I can't decide between my jogging stroller and my Chicco London.

I know the London folder easier and smaller and would be better from bus and other transporting.

The jogger is a little harder to fold and not as compacted. My dd likes the jogger better and my ds fit in the jogger better.

Any ideas or input to help me make a finally choice would be more than appercated.

And I thought it would be the waiting for Sept hour, PS and the dinner plan that would drive me nuts!

Not the jogger. Joggers aren't just bigger, they are a huge PITN to tote onto busses and boats..........Also people will stop short or cut infront of you alot, a whole lot, and Joggers dont turn on a dime. Bring the other one for the 3 year old.

When our son was 6, he only needed a stroller once, so we rented him one that afternoon. Unless he cant make it a day at the mall or zoo without the stroller, I'd say you dont really need to worry about a stroller for your son. But you can always rent, if you get desperate.

I don't think joggers are allowed in the parks.

Joggers are definetly allowed in the park. We just took ours (double) last May as it is the only stroller than can accomadate our very large DS4 (about the size of the average 6yo) and our very tiny DS then 15months. I loved it. It was the best choice I could have made; absolutely no regrets. I had made a post on this board when we got back about our (minor but very doable) pitfalls and why it was so wonderful. If you do a search on this board I'm sure you'll find it.

While I have a jogger at home, I would NOT take it to WDW. They are just flat out dangerous to other people. During our May trip, we witnessed several people tripping over strollers that they didn't see coming up behind them. From experience, I can say that it is waaaay easier to run the front real of the stroller into someone else's personal space without knowing that you are doing it. If you are going at a busy time of the year, DON'T take a jogging stroller.

On this same trip, we took el cheapo umbrella strollers for dd 2.5 and ds 4.75 for the first time. This worked out wonderfully! The strollers were light weight and folded with just a flip. We have used our Maclaren double stroller in the past. The problem with this is that the kids are stuck together. This trip, we knew that one of us would be taking our ds on attractions that dd wouldn't be able to ride. Those of you with double strollers know how much of a pain it can be to push a double stroller with only a single rider. Ugh! Also, it's just so big and awkward. The best part of all was that it would not have mattered one bit if one of our strollers had been stollen. They were inexpensive and could be easily replaced.

There were posts about a year ago last August where people with jogging stroller were turned away. Their jogging stroller was stored for them for the day in the stroller rental area and they were loaned a WDW stroller to use (no fee) for the day.
That seemed to continue sporatically for about a 6 month period where some people said their jogging strollers were allowed and others said they were not allowed in with one.
Some people emailed WDW about whether or not jogging strollers were banned. The reply they got was something to the effect of they were not allowed if they had large, non-swivel wheels.
So, as far as I know, that's where it stands.

Some of the "problems" with jogging strollers are that they are too big to park nicely in line with the other strollers, the front wheels extend out in front of the stroller where other people don't notice them and those without swivel wheels turn very poorly and their users often have to stop to turn (by bumping the weight onto the back wheels and pivoting).
