Will you being staying on Disney property and using the Disney buses? Are you able to fold the jogger? I don't think you can bring a stroller on Disney buses unless you can fold them.

Disney doesn't have any regulations that would prohibit one of those strollers. But you might have a problem negotiating crowded parks with one of them.
You will see obvious stroller parking near the ride. You aren't allowed to lock in onto anything (railing, light pole), but if will bother you, you can buy a stroller lock or use a bike lock strung through the wheels. Probably 99% of people just park their stroller unlocked. Don't panic if it's not where you left it after a ride. Cast members frequently move them to keep walkways neat and clear.

I took my Jeep jogger last year, and it was amazing in the crowds. No problems at all. In fact, I think it is easier than a typical stroller b/c of the suspension in the wheels. It cuts corners like a dream!!!
There are designated areas to park your stroller. Be aware that if you don't park it in the correct area, it may get moved by a CM. If that happens, you just ask the nearest CM where it may have been put. My advice, and what I do, is to mark up your stroller with decorations so that you can tell it is yours. I used zip ties to attach Diser mickey heads, stroller tags, and phone number cards telling what resort we were staying at just in case someone found it. It was easily identified, and I think all the decorations are a deterrent against theft b/c it could not be stripped of its' decorations easily and fast in order to be taken.
1. Yes if you don't park your stroller in the designated area it will get moved. If you park it in an inconvenient spot it will not necessarily be parked in the closest area. The more inconvenient the spot, like an exit, the more likely it will be moved far away like another park.
2. You can put a lock on your stroller that locks a few wheels but don't lock it to any thing else like a fence. They will come out with all kinds of nasty tools and cut it away from the fence. If you use a very strong lock they will cut whatever it takes to remove it. So if its easier to cut the stroller that's what will be cut.
