Wow, today was really hectic. It took me an hour and half to get home tonight. I really don't feel like getting back in car and going to the gym but I have to.
I will update this post afterwards. I still haven't had the chance to really check in a lot of the journals, the server is always so busy.
I can't wait for this week to be over with. I am so ready for the weekend.
Although I heard that the end of the week isn't supposed to be that nice out but hopefully it will clear up for the weekend.
I still haven't heard from the girl that I am doing the website for. I guess I will have to check in with her and see how things are going for her.
I haven't forgotten about all of you and updating my website. I've been doing it little by little. I hope to have a link up for all of you soon.
Well, I guess I should leave for the gym now. Hopefully traffic has lightened up! : )
Gym update Well, I did make it to the gym; not as early as I would have liked to but I made it. Like I said traffic has been terrible this week. I guess it's because of the Pilot Pen tennis tournament that is going on in nearby New Haven.
Oh will back to the gym update:
Treadmill 20 minutes, weight loss setting, resistance 4
Arc Trainer- 15 minutes, weight loss setting, resistance 4
Cable pull backs- 30 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
Seated Peck- 30 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
Long pull (for the back) 40 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
Superset using 6 pounds free weights, 12 reps, 3 sets of:
Front raises, Lateral Raises, and Lunge
Incline press- 12 1/2 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
wide Chest Press- 25 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
Bicep Curl- 25 lbs, 12 reps, 3 sets
That's it! Not as much as I wanted to get done but an accomplishment. I'm debating on whether or not to take tomorrow off from the gym. My family is really starting to worry about me and thinks that I am going too much and that I have an eating disorder or something. They just don't get it! I just want to keep my weight down and maybe get down lower for my wedding.....I have a year to do it which will be just about right.
