I wasn't aware that JM could cross examine the witnesses begging for Jodi's life. This could be spectacular.

No truth, so far to Womack being intoxicated. The court record dictates the following;5/15/2013 MOT - Motion 5/16/2013 NOTE: Defendants Motion to Preclude States Penalty Phase Witnesses for Failure to Notice.

Which basically means the Defense wants to limit Juan from cross examining the 2 Defense witnesses as they beg for #JodiArias's life.

It has been stated Patti Womack has a lengthy criminal record which some believe, Juan will go after her about this, once on the stand. And we've all seen Juan's handy work! We know he will destroy Patti Womack. I've got a feeling he will also go after Darryl Brewer harder this time around.

This is what went down that halted court yesterday...

Womack showed up to court wearing cut off shorts and a very inappropriate top. The Judge wouldn't allow her to testify. Even after someone tried to give her a sweater. There are no pictures of Womack because you can't photograph a witness.
Womack shot Juan Martinez a bird in court. This was seen by Det. Flores.
All I know about this is Det. Flores is aware of it as well as Juan now..

So this ends any rumors Womack appeared in court under the influence.

We've all been talking about how #JodiArias is 'very unpredictable'... How manipulative she is. How she uses people like, Donovan Bering as her little foot soldier to get thing's done on the ground because she can't. (jail prevents this sort of thing)

If this is true, the judge halted court for the day on Thursday because Womack doesn't know how to dress appropriately for court?! ... She has got to be kidding me?! ... How is this anyone's problem other than Womack's? ... Why the heck should the jurors' and everyone else's time be wasted because this woman lacks common sense on how to dress for court?! ... The jurors should be able to see her for exactly who she is, not "madeover" into someone she is not ... And I would think that if anyone were to perhaps tell her how to dress, it should have been the DT, not the judge! ... But in the end, whether she dresses in shorts, a Chanel suit or an evening gown, I highly doubt that it will make a hill-of-beans of a difference with what she ends up saying or how she ends up presenting herself ... Just more time the court wasted ...

Agree, that way that can see exactly how much stock they should put into what this person has to say.
