Finally figured out where I recognize this guy from. He looks much like the dad of one of my kid's friend. Nice eye candy but too skinny for my liking.

I liked him better with the beard at the beginning of trial. He is awfully skinny, too.

I always thought Rob Lowe could play a good Dr. Horn in a tv movie.

Well, I am finally home. I know you are all dying to find out stuff. Me and my DH decided to go for a drive and in the foothills, and in the process I saw a garage sale in the middle of nothing basically. I noticed a bunch of books and allot of them were about true trials. And I looked at the woman selling them and said wow someone here likes trials. She said yes. I said I was following the Jodi Arias case. And out of the blue she asked me if I would like to meet the lady who interviewed Jodi, I think my eyes must have lit up like the house on The Griswolds christmas house. I could hardly contain myself. I said I would love to.

She went in the house and brought her out. My first question was what the heck is Jodi really like? She said Jodi is a sociopath and very narsocisstic. sp? She explained that she is now retired from the area in detective work. She said that Det Flores came in and started the interview with Jodi and was not really getting anywhere. So she was a specialist in this area with suspects so Det Flores asked her to interview her and see if she could ge anywhere. Well before Jodi told Det Flores the ninja story , she started to proceed to tell this story to this woman. She even asked if she could put on makeup. I did not ask for an autograph or pic as she was subpoened at one point. They decided not to as it would involve the interview tape that included the handstand. She also said that here in CA Det can not do interviews as they are free to do in Arizona. Well Nurmi and Wilmont came and wanted to interview her and explained by she could not do it in CA and she said they were extremely upset.

I guess everyone in the station there was in quite aw with what Jodi did in that room. She was a very nice woman and I did not want to ask to much in depth as the case is still going and she don't want to reveal to much. Which I can understand. She did say that is what a different experience to question Jodi. I thanked her for her time and told her they all did an awesome job in questioning her. She keeps up with the trial everyday herself. In my wildest dreams would I have ever thought I would meet someone in a high profile case. It was such a treat. And she is very down to earth. So I could see how her personality fit in with questioning these people. She said they did try different techniques on Jodi to get her to start talking.

She also said that there was nothing to prove that Travis was mean or violent. There was nothing from his past to indicate that ever. He was a sweet loving guy.

Oh usnuz, what an awesome opportunity you had. I think any defense attorney would have had nightmares with Jodi. She's a mess. From the beginning Jodi was an odd little bird.

It was a very special treat. But we were also in the county where that year old boy killed his 8 year old sister. To bad the county is a little far out , that would be an interesting trial to attend.

I forgot to mention, she was kinda of elated that these detectives had so much evidence on some one. She said that she wished things like that would have fallen into their laps for cases. She was telling me about a 30 year old case. So they do solve cold cases as well.

That is such a sad story. How old is that boy? Are they charging him?

Gosh the evidence is overwhelming. I hope detective Flores and JM both get a nice lump some.

When he had the beard I was thinking that the actor who played Julia Roberts abusive husband in Sleeping with the Enemy could play the ME I think his name is Patrick Bergin.

Does anyone else think that Tanisha's boyfriend looks like a young Donald Pleasence but with facial hair? The man who was in the Halloween movies..

Wow, that's great. I would have not wanted to intrude to much either. I wonder if they watched behind on closed circuit her doing head stands and stuff and just leave her alone to see what else she does. Probably.

My inquisitive mind would have had me telling her, "feel free not to say anything that would make you feel uncomfortable" then I would have probably asked her a thousand questions.
What a great story snuz.

Awesome story. You really have restraint. I probably would have asked her questions until she had to tell me to leave. Thanks for sharing.

Usnooz,

What a great experience. I'm sure you were dying to ask a zillion questions.

I hope when all of this is over, those on the inside will be able to give some interviews. Decent interviews, not with those "talking heads" that just want to hear their own voices. And NOT Dr. Phil.

Have a great weekend!

Pebbles - So sorry to hear about your bunnies. Hopefully there is comfort in knowing they may be hiding until it's safe to return.

Pigletgirl - I hope you and Baby Charlotte are well and you're holding her in your arms real soon!:cutie::cloud9:

Usnuz - Wow! What an amazining encounter; what are the chances?:cool1: Thanks for sharing. I can't say I would have had the same restraint.:rolleyes1

It's probably been mentioned, but what time do we start on Mon.?:confused3 For the Alexander's sake, I really hope this phase doesn't drag on. They have endured enough trash talk. It would have been wonderful if the impact statements were the last thing the jury heard.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and to those of you in states bearing the brunt of these storms, stay safe.

Talking about the Alexander's and when Stephen said he wanted it to be over so he could have his life back with his family, I wouldn't put it past Jodi and her witnesses to prolong this on purpose. I think Jodi enjoys making Travis' family suffer.

Wow Snuz - how cool is that? I agree with everyone else - I would probably have peppered her with so many questions she'd be asking me to leave! :rotfl:
