This will sound ridiculous and I'm okay with that...I got home today and some animal had ripped the fencing off my rabbits cage. Think it was the neighbors black lab that has the need to poop in the yard all too often. Anyway, the rabbits are gone...I have no idea if they're dead or alive. My emotions have been everywhere, reminds me of Travis' family. Knowing there was fear and then the unknowing of what happened (though they finally kind of figured it out). My heart is broken and hope I can find them or they come home but have a feeling they may be hawk food. I don't even know how I'll tell my daughter...it will have to be over the phone since I'm going to work. It's so nauseating to think of the "what ifs"....anyway I'm a Debbie downer and hate that even amidst these moments in my life I am brought back to this trial. I need a life!!

I don't know about who filed or if there was even a filing for it. I don't even know if it is possible for him to talk or why he would but I would love to know his side of the story.

There is a docket filed for a witness who did not show or even at least let the who ever know they were not going to witness. That is why MM disappeared , he lied about the letters. He did not want to get caught for anything he helped Jodi with.

I know exactly what you're going through. When I lived with my mom, we had rabbits. We had 10 of them. 2 German Shepards were loose one day in our yard. They did the same thing. Ripped the fencing off the cages. They killed 2, we lost 3. By the time I was able to get to them it was too late. Don't know who the dogs belonged to. We called the pound, but don't know if they ever found the dogs.

I'm sorry you have to go through this. I hope your bunnies are safe and sound, and find their way home.

Okay everyone, I just got off the phone with the Superior Court Probation Service Center 245 N Centennial Way Mesa, AZ 85201 and with Karen. Asked if probation there in AZ was the same as it was here in TX, "yes" she told me and then looked up the Court docs for Donavan M Bering DOB 10/24/1962, who is found to be a convicted felon, paying back restitution in the amount of $190.734.59 payable at $100 a month, was sitting everyday in court for the AZ vs Jodi Arias trial and that is against her probation rules. Karen said "yes it is". Said to me Donavan is in the notes of her probation officer who knows this, and Donavan was NOT in court yesterday, as I thought due to enraging her probation officer to do that. Donavan also asked her probation officer for a "travel voucher", and she was denied that request to travel. I have her probation officer's name and cell phone, and I will keep her updated to the ways of which Donavan, is not keeping herself within the rules and confines of her probation. BTW.....Donvavan is now going to go before the court for the Arias trial watching in the gallery, and the phone calls to a convicted felon aka Jodi Arias to get what she wants to tweet for Jodi a convicted felon Donavan cannot be in contact with that violates her 5 yr probation.

WOW! Thanks for the update. She knows what she is allowed to do and not due. Looks like she won't be doing any tweeting for Jodi. As someone is now reporting to her probation officer. And she should no longer be in court. I am glad she is now going to be held accountable.

Someone on the FB for State vs. Jodi, wrote a note to Darryl Brewer asking him not to speak on her bahalf. Saw that pick of Patty, um what a fitting shirt it is for a few people in the court room. Not to mention that she looks really out of it.

Awww, so sorry Pebbles. That's heartbreaking. I am the owner of a bunny killing dog (wild bunnies mind you). They nest under our shed and between my dumb sheltie and the next door neighbors golden retriever, those poor bunnies have to be on alert ALL the time. I was telling the bunnies today when I went back there to get the lawn mower (yes, I talk to them. Call me crazy), that they need to be more careful when they venture out to eat!

I hope you and DD will be OK.

Thanks all. My kid cried for hours (good thing she was with her grandpa) and went around to neighbors. No sign of them but also no sign of fur anywhere so I think they're still alive...somewhere. On a positive note, I have decided to name that stupid dog "Jodi"!!! I did find out that one of the dogs from a few houses away was out near the bunnies this morning so it was probably that idiot dog. Unfortunately, the family hates me because I reported the dog to the police when my daughter was attacked and bit. They said "She was just playing" Riiiiiight, because playing breaks skin and requires an ER visit. Anyway, I have a feeling they'll be found.

Now back to read some of the links that were posted. Any word on baby Charlotte?!?!?
