Why can't a judge make a decision about the DP? They are able to make the call on the other ones.

Don't leave they have been called back into the court room

I went even though there was dark clouds. I got to the top of the hill we hike with both dogs when hail started I learned I CAN jog downhill....not well, but I can do it! With a pissed jack russel trying to get under my legs for cover and a very happy go lucky choc lab pup. One the the two is now curled up in a fetal position by the fireplace.

I am saddened by the sight of Samantha's shoulders wracked with sobs, and yet, there is CMJA smiling laughing working her spell on a cop.

Seems pretty clear there are several jurors who are morally opposed to the DP. I am not. But I have never held that in my hand. Made me sick and crazy mad that JW kept repeating how they would be "killing her" if they chose DP. SO not true. How awful and cruel to try and put that in their minds for life. I don't care what her "job" is. They won't kill her. They are deciding to let the state have the authority to do it. She won't see it anyway anytime soon. It will not likely be in my lifetime and I aint all that old yet! Besides she certainly will never die the death she inflicted on on Travis!

I just got more aggravated listening to HLN and the lady reporter saying that Jodi demanded cameras were off so she could brush her hair, absolutely no handcuffs, no showing her stripes and to turn off the cameras to put on lipgloss. GRRRRRRRRR and to have this not come back as DP is driving me crazy.

Mare don't stop posting, we have already survived one stupid jury. You can't give up now. I appreciate everything you say and post. We have come through 2 beautiful babies and on the verge of a second jury.

Has anyone used Allegra D? My sinus pressure is extremely bad.

My DD just started using the generic version. Seemed to work pretty quickly. I am so sorry you are struggling right now.

It was signed by juror No.18.'

So it was an "if" afterall. The judge can't reply to if's so she had to answer it as an absolute.
