That mistake Dr Horn made about the perforation in the brain membrane (or lack thereof) is not good.

My dad ending up passing away just before midnight last night. I spent the day at the Church and Funeral home making plans. Tonight we were at a mass for my daughter's friend who is still in critical condition.

It only took three times of him testifying for ANYONE to find that typo, and then it was a juror. I think it will be okay. Or so I hope!

I know, and the juror only asked that question because Dr. Geffner mentioned that part of the brain today! ... Ugh ... I hope the jurors believe Dr. Horn that it was just a typo in the report and his actual testimony is indeed accurate ... But we know the DT is going to make a big deal out of it in closing ...
