I didn't expect this to keep going. This judge wasn't messing around. Wilma is ruining everything though and the judge needs to tell her to knock off the stupid approaches.

I came to check in ... were there juror questions earlier? Did I miss anything exciting enough to go back and watch on youtube?

Except for my drooling over Dr. Horn, again, and him testifying to all of the same stuff, again, the only thing that stuck with me was a juror question about the membrane not be perforated. He went back to his report, saw that it said that, and testified that it was a typo in his report - that the membrane had to have been perforated based on the bullet wounds. The DT pounced on that to make it seem like he had either lied to suit the prosecution case or that he wasn't concerned enough about the case to make sure everything was correct. Another poster pointed out that, after testifying three times, no one ever caught that in the report except for a juror...implying that's it's most likely a typo or it would have been caught by someone earlier.

Really? We're arguing about her taking a reading test? Really? At 8 pm? The witness just said it would take 5 minutes. If JD hadn't given the reading test, the DT would be attacking her for shirking her professional responsibilities.

Can you imagine if the defense had called in their own ME, whew there would have been fireworks with that.
I'm sure it was a typo, but yes they will emphasize it big time in the closing.

The jurors being there so late tonight is due to all the BS short days, Fridays off and starting everyday 30 minutes late.
If this judge would have been more vigilant with her scheduling this could be over.

Seriously. All the BS leading up to this, and NOW we're doing a marathon?

I am so freakin tired but i'll be damned if I'm quitting now.

I slept for two hours last night then got up to go to work, worked from 115am to 415am and was in bed by 5am and slept for another 2 hours. No nap this afternoon. I'm really struggling, in a fog, may be fantasizing about punching Willie in the nose.
