Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

I am sitting here watching the judge ask the ME the first question. You could see Jodi almost panic and her breathing was very rapid. It almost seemed like she started shaking her head at him. She knows that that will hurt her , because there was no blood there in the bathroom.

That's typically the point where JA looks like she's about to cry: when she knows she's about to get busted, and panic sets in. She had that same look when TA's friend was on the stand the other day, and they were showing the pics & video of TA showing affection to JA. Busted!

ME TOO!! I just can not believe that it will soon be in the hands of the jury....
I don't know if I will be able to breathe next week.

And remember all appointments, errand running, etc will have to be accomplished on Mon and Tues coz Wed, Thurs, Fri are taken by the trial. Then the following week is unpredictable, crossing my fingers for a Monday afternoon verdict of guilty in the 1st degree.

I think this trial has dragged on for so long, so much of it in the defense case, and the prosecution case felt long forgotten, that coming back to the prosecution's case these last few days, fine tuning the facts, as well as the judge mapping out THE END, was a reality check for poor ol' Jodes. (Sorry...run on sentence!)

I think you're right. We've been on the fantasy ride for a long, long time, and the prosecution's case brought us back to reality. Hallelujah!

So the new psychologist will testify wednesday, defense goes first in closing on Thursday, and JM goes last late Thursday or Friday correct? I am trying to plan next week.

I can only imagine the sad facial expressions and dry eyed crying JA will offer the jury Thurs/Frid during closing arguments. No doubt will ensure Grandma has a box of tissues looking all sad. I'm sure Grandma truly is sad and disappointed but for the DT to bring her in for sympathy sort of shows the dysfunctional aspects of the Arias family. Will Grandma be wearing a "No 1 Grandma" necklace purchased by Wet Willie?

Good morning and/or afternoon, everyone!
It's cloudy with some rain, but we've spent the morning having breakfast and now we're just going to hang. I'm going to do some baby laundry and then pack the hospital bag. On Monday night we (finally) have our hospital tour and birth class.

As for myself, feeling much better with the support band! Doc checked me on Friday and nothing exciting to report. It'll be a bit longer I'm afraid.
