Jodi Arias Trial Part 6, starting with JM Rebuttal April 16

Just saw Kyra Phillips (?) on HLN saying that they're waiting for live coverage of the trial to begin. Is this just their way of sucking people in now even tho it's not supposed to start (the hearing) for another hour and 15 minutes? Or is something supposed to start sooner?

Kar, in this case, it could be anything! Maybe about the surrebuttal? Maybe they want to have the DT new "expert" testify without the jury there, to see if there's a reason to grant the surrebuttal?

All I know is that I haven't accomplished half of what I had hoped to accomplish this morning.

Mare, I never get anything done being so early for me. Just eat my breakfast and on the trial comes.
But today I will be here, watching and attempting to do laundry and clean the abode and think about what to take out for dinner.

PHOENIX -- A frequent court-watcher at the Jodi Arias murder trial was booted Tuesday after she sold her spot in line.

Desiree Lee, who attends court a couple of times a week, said she sold her prime spot in line to a tourist from Michigan for $200.

"She wanted a seat. She offered people money. They all said no. I said yes," Lee said. "I didn't know I was going to get in trouble."

The two exchanged cash in an elevator to keep others from witnessing the transaction, but someone reported them to court officials.

I saw her (and a friend? relative?) on HLN last night. Not the smartest move. But at least there isn't the insane crazy stuff going on in the CA trial, with all the assaults and nutty behavior of people waiting in line all night.

I saw her (and a friend? relative?) on HLN last night. Not the smartest move. But at least there isn't the insane crazy stuff going on in the CA trial, with all the assaults and nutty behavior of people waiting in line all night.

BK also said something about someone possibly testifying about her changing her hair color. When she went for a manicure (because one always stops for a manicure on a long road trip) she testified it took 2 - 3 hours because there was a long wait?? And there may be testimony that her time there was to get her haircolor changed.

OMG, that was awful. I remember that. People getting to the Court house at the wee hours of the morning. Beating each other up in line. How disturbing.

SO my question.... Was that Nurmi's little dig to this poor girl. Ok, I don't want you here to talk about Travis being a good human being so I will humiliate you about your private life with Travis.

Must've had a different relationship than he did with Miss Arias, correct? (Um...helllloooo! YES! Jodi Arias, the one who's not like all the others.)

I think Deanna handled that whole cross with such class. She certainly didn't come off as the mentally ill emotional person that Jodi claimed (pot --> kettle). And I think the whole questioning left a sour taste in people's (hopefully that includes the jury) mouths. On HLN last night, even the pro-DT were saying things about how that was all pretty much a bad move. Good!
