Yes. The DT is doing the surrebuttal. We're at lunch now, but Willie has had Dr. Robert Geffner on the stand alllll morning, trying to say Dr. JD doesn't know how to score/read tests and debunk her testimony, basically. JM hasn't gotten ahold of him yet - we're all waiting with bated breath.

This guy may run for the hills. Amazon is not looking kind to him right now.

Tonight's menu: Last night's menu

We will have salad and leftover spaghetti. I may break out a bottle of wine. Then, we have the most delicious cake from Walmart. Has anyone seen these? They are in a black shell (looks like chocolate, but isn't), and the inside is a GIANT cupcake that tastes like a really moist pound cake. They are decorated with buttercream icing to look like a giant flower. We had half last night and will finish it tonight. They only have them for a limited time.

Tomorrow night? Don't care. DH will need to take DD to cheer so I can watch the trial.

Why does it even matter if she has PTSD? They are saying it is because of the murder right? Then it was not a contributing factor to her committing the act of murder. This is a huge waste of time. I hope the jury doesn't believe him.

I think the reason to try and claim she has PTSD has to do with her claim of self defense. More so to prove why she has such a fog and can't remember the details and time events. DT is trying to make it look like she went through a traumatic event that Travis attacked her and she had to defend herself. Thus the reason for killing him. No one is really buying it. I hope.

So what does everyone have planned for dinner tonight? Pizza is on the menu for us tonight. I have plates out and everything is ready to go - I think my husband can handle turning on the oven and throwing it in. I made spaghetti on Monday and pork chops yesterday so he can't complain about being neglected.

I'm just going to eat continuously. Just found frozen pizza, frozen blueberries (home grown), and some pickles (also home grown) downstairs, so that should hold me over for a while. Dh... There's more of everything downstairs!

So if you gave the test to someone on the 1st of the month and the new test came out on the 5th of the month, that first test is no longer accurate????

Exactly! And when did DeMarte administer the test in 2011? It came out in 2011, and Dr Burp said there's some training involved in administering it.

It explains why Jodi suddenly can't remember 29 stab wounds and a slit throat, cleaning up afterwards and getting rid of evidence. OR...she's lying. Hhhmmmm...which could it be.

Why are we going back to his qualifications??? I swear, the DT is dragging it out so that JM doesn't have time with HIS witness.
