I'm sure both sides are pulling out all the stops. It is what it is. I wish I had more confidence in this judge's rulings, but in the end, that doesn't necessarily matter either. As in...loved Judge Perry, and Casey Anthony walked.
I think I'm at the point where I need to feel a bit less passionate about this, because ANYTHING can happen. It's not over yet. We don't know what the jury is thinking, or what's still to come that could sway jurors away from what they might be thinking at this point.
Before the verdict in the CA trial, I came to terms with the very real possibility that she might not be found guilty of 1st degree murder. The actual verdict was a huge shocker. I know this is a very different case, but the thing that is the same is a jury full of human beings with their own flaws and prejudices and life experiences.
I know, it is hard for some out comes, but the judge has no say in what the jury does..
