Was there some testimony that JM was able to get past TEXT messages between JA and TA?

Oh as I recall, I don't think JM wanted that phone sex tape aired in Court because of some of the dialogue of TA's, am I right on that? It would be damaging to TA's character?

If I remember right it was Jodi crying like a baby knowing that whole thing was going to be played in court. Jodi had Travis' pass word to his phone, as she went in and erased messages on the day of the murder. But she had access to allot of things. Just like these things that this nice lady tried to say about the emails or texts TA 's family said, in fact there were pages missing. Thought that was interesting. The whole thing about this woman is bizzare. I believe she started out as the DT's mitigation specialist and is now the defense teams witness.

It has just been bugging me.. thanks for all your input! Well she may be an actress but hasn't obviously thought it all out. Watching her makes my flesh crawl. Yes Travis was a bit "freaky leaky" but Jodi was enjoying it ALL THE WAY! For her to play this modest, uncomfortable card is so irritating. I think I have been holding it in for too long. I'm like a geyser ready to blow!

That was how I felt about the CA trial. I kept yelling at the t.v.

Bat **** crazy. Watching JA's entire police interview. I never have. Bored on this Friday night.

Only on the first part. "I kicked a dog once. I was a freshman in high school." "My relationship with animals, they are like people too, they have souls, I need to apologize to it". All I can hear is the detective taking deep long frustrated breaths. Dang, she loves to hear herself talk.

"I've had worse issues with people and they are all still alive."

Did they play this in trial? I never saw the beginning, I only started a little before she took the stand.

3:15 am...I just finished. Her intruder crap story was so hard to listen to. The female is attacking TA, the male left, came back, looked through her purse, they argued about killing her and she was able to run out.

One thing I learned. She did not like that blonde female detective one bit. She feels like she can manipulate a male detective -- easy peasy.

Also, JA thinks she's so smart...on the witness stand, etc. However, watching those interviews - she never figured out they were being taped? I saw her staring at the pictures on the wall.

She takes paper out of the printer and tries to impress something on it. The Detective comes in and takes looks at it when she's led to the bathroom.

She notices that the detective left the recording device on the table when he left. She pulls the memory cartlidge out, studies it, puts it back in. He walks back in to tell her it will a while and takes the device.

She's given a pad to write a note to TA family. Takes her forever, which she writes with her right hand - she's left handed. She then takes 3 clean sheets from the pad and folds them, puts it down her pants. The dectective comes in, reads her letter and ask her where are the pages she took. She has to pull them out of her pants. "no secret notes right?"

And dang...that table must have microphones embedded in it. The camera is in the corner but you could hear her chew on her sandwich and her whispers.

My favorite was while she's still in her street clothes, the handstand, the flipping the hair, she actually asks the detective about her mug shot. He leaves and she starts curling her eye lashes with her nails. One eye -- then the next. Bizarre!

This was a cray cray watch.

Hi everyone,
I have been lurking and really enjoying all the conversation around this gong show of a trial (oops... inside voice again!) I have been trying to not get as wrapped up in this trial as I was for the Anthony trial... that was a tough pill to swallow. But, I have been following to some degree and have a really basic question that someone can hopefully answer. As I was watching a bit of the special show on the Jodi footage today I got to wondering just how they got those phone sex tapes? Did Jodi tape them for her own kinky pleasure? What the heck? How does one even tape their phone conversations? Do you use an answering machine? It is bugging me.
Also, it has probably been mentioned somewhere in the hundreds of prior posts but does it not seem weird that Jodi chronically wipes her nose but NEVER wipes a tear away??? She was always pawing at her nose but I have never seen that tissue go to her eyes. It is so ridiculous. If your nose is truly running from crying... there should be tears to match.
Just had to get that off my chest!! Thanks for indulging me...

Jodi recorded it on her cell phone, this can be done easily with App's in this day and age. I guess she recorded them for her own sexual pleasure so she could masterbate to it later on and to keep a record since Jodi seemed almost obsessed with keeping a record of things thus her journal.

I have to ask you, did you have nightmares after watching all of that?

WTH is wrong with her?? I know, I know such much we don't know where to start.

She is a Monster, she really is.
My husband says it over and over. He's in Law Enforcement too and he has seen a lot in 23 years. But he says this one takes the cake with all her antics.

I see one of the Travis support FB is reporting Matt McCartney is not going to be a State's witness, not sure why anyone thought he was in the first place except for Martinez implying Matt wouldn't testify for Jodi in one of his cross examinations/testimonies.

So tell me, was Perky Katie on any of the HLN shows yesterday or did she do herself in with her smirky grins while the camera was on her in the court room, has HLN decided she's a little too hot to handle?
