Jodi Arias Trial Part 4, starting with redirect of "expert" Dr Samuels, March 19

I have nothing of importance to add except that all day long I've been saying "Jodi Arrr-e-us) in my head just like the person who made the Nancy Grace video. hahaha it's cracking me up each time I say it, even moreso when I imagined the raised eyebrow. Oh dear....I suppose I better head off to try to find a life of meaning!

And I bolded and italicized what I think is the key to Candy and Jodi's trial at least from the Defense's argument to the jury. And while I agree Samuels looks like a bumbling idiot at times on the stand, quite a bit of what he says has validity to people who believe that kinda stuff. And yes, I know the consensus is that Travis never physically abused Jodi, but I predict the Battered Woman Syndrome "expert" will testify that abuse encompasses other factors i.e. emotional abuse and particular factors that fit the model the Defense is arguing to the jury. And again, it really boils down to does just one person on that jury see the possibility that Jodi finally snapped.

I've said this before, there's something about those two interrogations (the day Jodi was arrested and that second day, the I wasn't there and the ninja stories) that just pushes me over the edge and even taking into consideration any validity of the disassociative theory, I still say Jodi was trying to get away with 1st degree premeditated murder during those two interrogations.

That whole thing about one juror is the scary part.

Oh HLN Evening Express Friday night they devoted one of the two hours to Jodi's interrogation tapes, on the phone and the ones in person. I don't know if they've all been seen before publicly, but much of it was new to me. I guess they're going to be doing this every Friday night for the duration of the trial? It's really amazing to hear how she tries to talk her way out of things. And OMG, even then, she would add HUGE amounts of details. She was talking about moving to Mesa after her break up with Travis and went on and on about details of the move, about this friend and that friend "and she was a really nice girl, a little flaky, but she was nice and..." She would drive me nuts.

Oh...one of the HLN shows had on the author of "Laws of Attraction" and she was saying how OFF Jodie was from what is meant by the "Laws of Attraction"...that you never stay in and ignore the unhealthy aspects of an unhealthy relationship. Duh!

There was also some investigor somethingorother, and he went through the whole crime, and he does NOT believe the shot was first, because of the lack of bleeding in the brain, I think. Still, I have a hard time believing that now.

There was also the author of "Mormonism for Dummies" talking about how way off Jodi was about what sexual behaviors are allowed (NONE!) before marriage.

Well, tomorrow's another day.

Most of those tapes both oral and video were heard/seen as part of the State's case and while the "experts" attempt to explain that behavior as traumatic whatever, I'm inclined to believe she's a danger to society, period.

It's spring break for my kids so we are currently doing college tours! So, I'll be touring Embry Riddle tomorrow and will miss the trial! Will miss it Tuesday as we'll be touring The College of Charleston. Hopefully I'll be able to get it on xm radio for the ride back. In the meantime,I'll have to rely On you all for updates.

Here's the autopsy report.

Hmm, seems like from what I read there he had 9 stab wounds to the back, so the other stab wounds are most likely from the front.

PLEASE EVERYONE READ This is what my full theory of events is from the murder through afterwards.

I still think Travis was stabbed first before being shot. JA could of took that picture of Travis in the shower to surprise and blind Travis with the flash of the Camera while holding the knife behind her back, then she drops the camera and starts stabbing Travis while he is still somewhat blinded by the flash. He still could feel the stabs though so he probably put his hands up just out of reaction to defend himself which is where the defensive wounds come from. He could of kind of out stumbled out of the shower toward JA grabbing the sink spiting up blood in front of the mirror like Remus said, JA now behind him realizes that he is still not dead, so she stabs him 9 more times from behind and then slits his throat from behind to try and finish him off. He could fall to the ground at this point to his back, but still not be 100% dead yet.

This might also might be where the 62 second later picture might been taken, JA either picking up the camera and dropping it after hiting the picture taking button by mistake OR maybe even more likely IMO stepping on the button that takes a picture as the camera lay on the floor and how with most all Digital cameras do it delays just a second to try to focus and as it does JA lowers her foot into frame (which explains why it is in the forefront of the picture and a bloody Travis is in the background).

Travis might still be alive or twitching at this point so Jodi gets the gun (not the one from the closet IMO, but the one she stole two weeks or so prior from her Grandparents house) and she shoots a either barely alive Travis or twitching Travis in the head to make 100% sure he was dead.

Then she drags the body into the shower and then deletes the pics and throws the camera in the washer. Here she most likely realizes her cleaning up the crime scene fully will take too much time given the messy murder so after that she just gathers the murder weapons and leaves disposing of them somewhere is the desert a few hours later.

Everything seems to fit to me in this series of events (Unlike JA's), so that is what I think happened and how, what do you guys think?

Then I saw on some site someone outlined the pant leg and shoe and you can see his shoulder was lifted off the ground, he was being dragged. I think it was just last week I saw that outline, but had seen that picture when the trial started. I just could not see the foot before and put in perspective. Then when I saw the outline, it was DUH, how did I miss it?

Your theory sounds good, and if she shot him last, it would seem like a finality thing. What doesn't make sense is why she would risk stabbing him first? I almost wonder if she somehow drugged him beforehand. Not necessarily real drugs but something like a large dose of benedryhl so that he wouldn't have been all that capable of fighting back (Though I do realize some people experience the opposite effect, but with me, I'm out for at least 10 hours after I take a benedryhl and go into a really foggy rotfl2 state where I can barely function)

To the bolded, I want to know what else is on that camera. Pictures of him dying? Just the sex pictures? Too many questions unanswered!

I still have a difficult time making out the picture. Maybe I'll have to look for the outline picture. Somebody had stated that the picture was originally taken at a different angle or upside down or something? I'm not understanding how she's dragging the body if his shoulder is right by her leg...under the arms?
