Brit, I do wonder if she was acting crazy in the interrogation room knowing she was being watched. Honestly, I think both sides wouldn't want to see that video introduced (which is probably why it won't be) because it's so up in the air...is she a callous uncaring murderer or have PTSD/amnesia? (Geez, let's have Samuels give her a test. ) Doesn't add much to either side without taking a huge risk.

From HLN...Jodi is brought to court each day in jail attire, and leaves court in jail attire. She's also strip-searched.

They keep showing the video of her "swiping" the file, and they showed that it never actually leaves the table.

Beth Karas said on HLN that Dr Samuels ONLY testifies as an expert for DEFENSE, which is unusual in her experience. Most of the experts she's seen testify split it...could be 70/30...but are usually hired also by the other side.

Like an idiot, I walked out of the room when I wanted to listen to what they were saying on HLN because I forgot why I wanted to watch it. DOH! The trial is costing taxpayers 800k dollars!!! They talked about everybody's pay, walked in right as they were saying what Willie makes...anybody catch that?
