DT still stalling, they must know the questions are bad.
They are trying to convince the judge that JM has done something so terrible the need a mistrial or perhaps a full acquittal.

You're welcome. I always enjoyed transcription. It didn't pay well, but I liked it. I did medical transcription for a doctor's office.

What the heck is the hold up today? ... Why can't they do their chamber meetings BEFORE the time the judge tells the jury to be there? ... I don't think it's really in anyone's best interest to keep the jury waiting - or the tv viewers ...

Over on WS, they are talking about a Christmas tree story that I have not heard about. Apparently about 3 months after meeting and before they were officially dating, Jodi showed up at Travis' house uninvited. He had about 30 people staying there and told her there was no room for her. But instead of leaving, she slept underneath his Christmas Tree. Crazy!

WildAboutTrial was tweeting earlier that Judge Stephens still hears other cases in the morning. I guess she doesn't have time to meet with the attorneys before trial starts? You would figure that she would only hear this case and they would start on time every day.

Maybe they were just flashbacks.

How about a montage of all her asinine statements???

Scary all they need is one of those on the jury.

But on that After Dark show they're just looking at one thing and last night it was "is Jodi remorseful", not Jodi's guilt/innocence for the crime. So let's hope that the jurors think she's guilty of 1st degree murder, even if one or more do think she was in any way remorseful after the fact.

That's grilling weather around here to. Of course, DW says anytime of the year is grilling weather for me.

Hey, we're in RI and it's been a rough winter at times (Punxsutawney Phil needs to stroll off into the sunset with "Mr" Samuels), but DH always grills, year round, in the garage (doors open!).

Hey, saw the news from Santa Fe's mayor instructing their clerks to accept equal marriage applications, I'm sending that guy money to run for President.

You know, in all the statistics they put out about this trial, I'd like to know how many times we've actually started on time. THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN WITH JUDGE PERRY. Just sayin'. AGAIN.

I watched that lady tell the story last night. If you are told you can't stay, who stays and sleeps under the tree. That was the story Jodi said she slept on the couch and Travis on the floor and they held hands.

Hey, saw the news from Santa Fe's mayor instructing their clerks to accept equal marriage applications, I'm sending that guy money to run for President.

He's encouraging county clerks to accept marriage applications because he was advised by the city attorney that the state law doesn't specifically state marriage should be between a man and a woman.

According to our state legislators, same sex marriage is against the law. They've warned the county clerks that they can be subject to a criminal offense if they issue licenses. So no telling if any will actually do it or not.

I work for the state attorney general's office and our office is currently reviewing the law to see if it is indeed legal. I think the county clerks will wait for the AG's official legal opinion before doing so.
